Our installation was delayed for months! We were always last on their list. As debris fell from the old roof and filled our drains, they told us it was a plumbing issue. When the A/C vent leaked, they told us it was due to the Air Conditioning company (who they worked closely with). When they stuffed a heater cable down a water drain, they blamed us and told us to call a plumber. They still haven't fixed it and I have been calling since May 2020. Tim is extremely rude, hung up on me at least two times and tried to blame a technical issue.

More than 15 years ago, this company was selected to install shingles on Snow Valley Low Land Pumping Station and High Land Water Treatment Plant. I was consultant's site inspector for these jobs. They were very professional. Their work quality was excellent. People were very nice. In 2007, I used them to replace shingles of my house. It proved again they were good company with customers in their mind. Tim and Don are excellent people to work with.
