Check in process was quick and smooth, no lineup. Staff are friendly.However, when I headed to parking lot to pick up the car, car is not ready. I waited another 20 minutes for the staff to wash and vacuum the car. Totally wasting my time! In addition, the car is not in good condition, brakes definitely need maintenance (car is shaking when braking)

Nothing to complain about the car, and the location of the store is very convenient.What ruins the experience is the staff. I don't know if they are underpaid or what, but they need to understand that if I'm walking in the store to spend my money (which ultimately is your salary), I expect to be treated politely.There was an old Chinese woman who was borderline rude and wouldn't move a finger to help. If you hate your job, quit it.

Had a great experience renting a Model Y. Rayshank (Sp?) was such a pleasure to deal with - courteous, friendly, and a thorough professional! Will be going back there whenever I need to rent again!

Recently rented a car for the first time and the experience was good.I was given an upgrade option to Tesla for a fee since my reserved car was in washing but I denied and decided to wait a little instead.I think it would have been great to offer upgrades for free if the booked car is not available but no complaints since I had charging/range anxiety as well. May be next time.I specifically liked the after hours return option which allowed me to drop the keys in a designated box in their parking. I’m not sure if other companies allow this.They do close really early though, I wish they were open till 8-9pm.Overall it was a good experience as opposed to many reviews here and I’ll definitely visit again if the pricing remains competitive.

First and last time with hertz..the ladies there had a deplorable attitude like they were giving cars for free. They were closing at 4pm and my train was delayed , I tried to call them to let them know and no one answered. Next day at 8 am at the opening I showed up than they claimed that they canceled my booking and I should have been ponctual and better read the opening hours on the door and that they give the car to someone else?! How can they give a car between the closing and the opening next day without letting the customer know (no phone call, no email) ? So they left me there with no car and no alternative solution and without any proof of cancellation.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTSI had reserved a mid sized vehicle and prepaid for my car well in advance (about a month in advance).When I went to the location, they said that there were no fuel cars and the only option I had was a Tesla Model 3. Since I had no other option, I chose this car and was specifically told that I can return the car at any battery level.When I returned the car, I was charged an EV Battery fee of $35 and supercharger fees. I completely agree with the charging fees because I willingly charged the car but the $35 fee was because I returned the car at less than 70% (44%), a fact that was not told to me when I was told there are not fuel cars but only EVs. When I called into customer service, they said that you could have left and not picked up the car at the time of pick up if you did not receive a fuel car. That’s when I realized there was no point arguing because the customer service rep basically told me that you could have taken a refund and left. And this was for a car I had booked and prepaid in advance. In that case, will Hertz compensate me for my weekend hotel charges as well? I kept telling them that what’s the point of prepaying if I am not getting what I chose and what’s the point of an upgrade if it’s a forced one. I really felt cheated by this and it’s not about the extra charge, it’s about the company cheating their customers and not disclosing complete information.I spoke with the supervisor as well and they said that due to an internal memo, they are not being able to refund the customer these charges. So I would urge everyone to not opt for this location because they have an abundance of EVs and not a lot of gas powered cars and you don’t end up getting what you pay for.I am really disappointed about this and would ask anyone who is thinking about this location to avoid it at any cost and choose Enterprise.Bottom line: I chose a car I wanted, prepaid for it, did not get an option but to go for an EV on the day of the pick up and cherry on the top, get charged over and above what I was told.

They seem to answer or give you instructions on a ask question or general basics.Please make sure to call ahead if you are confused, or have questions to reduce amount of confusion when checking in. And make sure to ask about check out details. It was a bit confusing, but I was able to check out fine due to my experiencing with previous bookings with cars.

I can see that there are many one star reviews here commenting about the horrible costumer service by multiple people. Your response is we're always learning and trying to be better" but are you really? These people are some of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. Thanks to you

Terrible location. Returned the car by the contract time, they checked it in late and charged me an extra day. No email or phone call until I saw it on my statementUpdate: filed a claim with their customer service. They refunded the extra day, but tried to charge me taxes on the original amount versus the new net total. Even when they provide a refund, they try to make up fraudulent ways to overcharge you

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!I have been a Loyal Hertz customer . Do not take their representatives word on charges, they say something and add something else on the contra a price. The rep I believe her name is Kim Asian Canadian . At the beginning they use typical sales talk with small talk and upsell you with straight out incorrect info. I never accepted Fuel surcharge i advance and also the pricing was incorrect. Thanks Hertz for an amazing experience and good luck on scamming other customers. Please Stay away from this branch
