My son loves going here - not only do the kids learn self defense, they learn life values and most importantly, discipline.I enjoyed watching his sessions so much that I joined myself. Master Bhat and Master Phan have created a very welcoming environment no matter what your skill level is. They are encouraging and push you to be your best.

My daughter has been coming here for a few months now and she really enjoys the class. I really like to watch the class as Master Phan and the other instructors teach valuable life lessons. It’s great that there is a theme each month. I found that she’s developed a lot over a short period of time, especially with her confidence.

Absolutely love the instructors, they take their time to help the little ones adjust to the class. My son went from being afraid to take a class to making it through a whole class. Excellent teachers

Really fun and well instructed. Really solid and fun workout. The masters there are chill and nice guys. The lessons can be a bit challenging but it’s not a good training without pushing some limits. Also I had so much energy after training it was the most energy I’ve had in forever 10/10

I love taking my boys here. Staff is ALWAYS friendly, and the business is ALWAYS clean, neat and orderly. The instructors are phenomenal with the kids and very in touch with what they need. 100% worth checking out for all ages.

Son started coming here since they first opened. Master Bhat has been great. Our son is so much more disciplined and controls his temper alot better since coming here.
