I've been getting my home insurance through this broker for a few years.The hours are great and convenient.There are always lots of staff working so the wait is short.The staff are courteous and professional.If you explain your needs and concerns to them, they will do whatever they can to find a policy that meets your requirements.I don't even live in Regina any more but still renew my policies through Smith Insurance.

Recently I had to deal with a home insurance claim and I had a home pack through Henderson Insurance. I never leave reviews but I was so impressed with Jodi Pawliw (one of the Account Executives) that I felt the need to share. 1000% recommend this office for any insurance needs.

Stopped in twice this week and both times got first class service. Very easy and I was in and out so fast which I appreciate a lot. Keep up the good work :)

Been dealing with company for the past three years. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have been dealing with Jodi Pawliw. Any issue or problems, I can call or e-mail her and she is willing to help. She got me a home insurance policy to fit my needs for a reasonable price. As a bonus while everything goes up in the world, the last couple of years I been fortunate my house insurance went down.

Disappointing, one staff member, went for insurance and ended up walking out. When it was Smith's Insurance they had staff and helped you within a reasonable time.

The staff here was the friendliest I've ever encountered. They helped me figure out what I need to do to get my license back and even changed their language to use my proper pronouns. Honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.

Will bend over backwards for their clients and treat you like family. The owners genuinely care. I insure my home and business through Smiths'. We've had two home insurance claims over the last couple years, and in both instances dealt with different people at Smiths' but have been great.

I have been a long time client of Henderson Insurance, formally known as Smith Insurance.They were a joy to deal with prior to them becoming Henderson Insurance.They have made a number of back to back recent errors, that have resulted in my banking information being incorrect and as a result, they debited the wrong account. Not so great when it reflects poorly onto your profile with SGI.There have been several other errors. It's getting to the point of ridiculous and as a result, I have chosen to take my business elsewhere.No accountability has been taken, nor apology been given for their wrong doings. The Manager ducked" out and passed the buck onto someone else. I still haven't heard a response from her.A blind goat walking backwards
