I had some hardcover books to donate after downsizing my library. I contacted Second Bind, they responded quickly with clear instruction on the pickup process for the books. The next morning the books were gone. It was an easy process and I was happy to donate to a good cause.

It's wonderful to have a company like Second Bind. I had 4 boxes of books for them to pick up. The instructions from Second Bind are easy to follow. They give a delivery window. Couldn't be easier! Very friendly and helpful service on the phone and by email. Excellent service.

I had a lot of hard cover fiction books to donate and contacted second bind. They were very quick to reply to my email, told me how to pack them all up, and then arranged for a pick up. All done within one week! Very happy to donate our books somewhere where they will be donated and enjoyed. I have in the past also donated all of my kids university textbooks to them. Same wonderful service and feel good feeling helping those in need. Great company

Second Bind
This is the second time I've used Second Bind's book collection. The first was for a large pick up from my apartment, this last was from my office. Both, two years apart, have been easy to organize. The contact person, Nette, is gracious and helpful. Then, it's like magic, you pack up the books and off they go--to whatever home or process is appropriate, ethically responsible, and worry free. Letting books go can be hard. I have another load coming in a year or two--I'll be happy to connect with Second Bind again.

Second Bind
I donated several textbooks to Second Bind mostly from my son's university studies, they weren't too old so I tried to see if they were worth any money, I contacted Second Bind via email and they were very responsible and this was all between holiday times. They booked the pick up during a time frame that worked for me, the books weren't the latest edition so we just donated them. I was very impressed when I van with their logo showed up at my building. Very good cause to support that made it very easy for us.
