J Ruddock Acupuncture

I have been experiencing extremely painful tendinitis and after one treatment with Josh I have a definitely noticeable decrease in pain. Josh is very profession and attentive. He creates a very safe and comfortable space for his clients. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family!

I saw Josh for a cupping session recently and it was exactly what i needed. I left feeling my muscles were more relaxed and loose giving me the ability to carry on more pain free with work and my main hobby of jiu jitsu. When the session was over i felt overall mentally and physically rejuvenated. I highly recommend Josh your acupuncture needs, but especially with a little more bias his cupping package.

Josh is incredibly thorough, and walked me through the whole process of what acupuncture will look like for me. The bonus for me, was that he gave me a button during the quiet times in the treatment, when I could call him back in the room (if you’ve done acupuncture, you know what I’m talking about), so I never felt anxious about the time alone/waiting - this is a huge win, for someone with anxiety :).I went to him with aching in my fingers, and in just one appointment the ache was gone. I will now continue to use acupuncture as my self care, for any tired and aching joints through the winter.Thanks so much for helping, Josh!
