Customer services were pretty good when I was there few times and everything is done very quickly. People in the line seems to know the staff very well. Overall it is warm and happy atmosphere.

There is an employee KUNAL SHAH, he is so rude towards the customer. I asked him for help and he wasn’t sure what was wrong with my account then i went to another employee. He came to me and said you didn’t want to listen to me. I asked him repeat he said “whatever you heard” and replied me rudely. Rude, impolite and unpleasant. I want to file a complaint against

I am surprised at these reviews. I have been dealing with this bank for the past 15 years. I have had nothing but really personalized service and amazing help from everyone in the bank from Managers, Loans officers to tellers. They are polite and helpful and always ready to go above and beyond.

Great service. The staff was really helpful, the girl who was on the front desk was so nice and polite. Pratham Kashyap helped me with my account and also suggested me the best options available. Such a great service from the staff.

Wish could Give them a minus 5 rating. Terrible service, staff has no clue what they doing, constantly dropping the ball and coming up with new excuses every time.This experience is surely making me want to shift my banking requirements elsehwhere

Me and My wife had visited for opening up a bank account over here (after taking appointment). The bank team was really helpful. They guided and assisted us very calmly and helped in resolution of all our queries. They were supportive and assistive. It was a nice experience for us.

This bank is like other banks. The advisor Pratham thought he could be sneaky by not fully activating my online banking access. However I will continue to bank with Scotia, unless there are further issues down the line.

Have been with them for about two years now and have always had good experience. I had interacted with Anu, very patient and helpful. I was always provided the best possible service and answers to my questions. I would recommend.

Generally good service. It would be nice though as they are the only bank in the area to have better hours than “10-4” which begun early 2020 when the pandemic began. They other thing I found was that financial advisors don’t seem to stick around this branch. The Tellers are great. Branch is clean. Three up to date 24 hour ATMs available.Personally I don’t go to the branch often unless I need cash, new debit card or to speak with a financial advisor. The old hours where better.
