I decided on a whim to cut the majority of my hair off for my nephew who lost his battle with cancer. I couldn't have picked a better stylist than Sherwin. He listened to what I was wanting and he delivered. This is the best hair style (layered short bob) I have ever had. This is what I truly needed today. Couldn't recommended enough and will be going back. Thanks

Steve is one of the best hairdressers I have ever had. I love his professionalism, love his diligence when it comes to ensuring you will walk out from the hair salon happily and, of course, beautifully. I asked for a simple cut right above my shoulders, it might look like it’s at my shoulders but it’s 2 inches above from the front. It’s incredibly uneven and very choppy they offered to give me a free trial run for my gradation but told me I have to pay if I want it done on my grad day. Ruined my hair before grad.

I’ve always had good experiences at the Chatters Westgate location, but I was there 2 weeks ago and Aurora cut and styled my hair and I also got a hair treatment. She was great, I highly recommend her! She listened to my needs, was knowledgeable and gave great advice and product recommendations as well. She also explained what she was doing as well, which I appreciated. I have wavy/curly hair and it is quite thick so can be challenging. I was very happy with the cut and the blowout she did, I’ll definitely return to see her! :)

Aurora is a phenomenal addition to your team! She was excellent and the level of service was parallel to the top tier salon experiences I’ve had in Vancouver. She’s permissible and very thorough and even accommodated a last minute addition to my service of a hair hydration treatment. DIY color experimenting left my hair more damaged than I'd ever experienced. Due to terrible cuts over the years, I usually trim my own hair but there came a point, trying to get rid of the worst of the damage, where I knew I needed a pro before I ended up needing a pixie cut. I walked out with what I found to be the best haircut for my wavy hair that I've ever recieved. No one has ever managed to cut and shape the layers to enhance the waves properly and it looks lovely. I'll be going back.

I (Elle) went in to get get my hair coloured purple and many hours later was very happy with the result. It was I wanted, however, after a week it all washed out. Now I have just purplish roots and the rest is blonde. Paid a lot for just to have purple roots, no thanks. Going back to lighten my hair myself!!
