We’ve worked with stitchy now on both hats and jerseys for our team. Simon was our sales rep. He and the entire company accommodated all our requests and provided prompt correspondence and updates along the way. Both products came out fantastic! Highly recommend working with them!

We found Stitchy Lizard to be very efficient, accommodating and fairly priced. They quickly understood our needs and delivered our order. The quality of the table cloth was very high, however unfortunately the colour had printed incorrectly. On reporting this to Stitchy Lizard they immediately investigated and rectified the situation, and had a new table cloth delivered within the week. Great customer service, would recommend.

I've used Stitchy Lizard for years, unfortunately this round of embroidery was less than par. When I called and emailed Simon I was not given a proper answer as to why the stitching direction changed resulting in a blurred look. Sadly I'll be taking my business elsewhere.Update: google response from the company sounded nice but no one reached out to actually work with me on solving the issue i had. It's nice to respond, it's another to actually take action

I worked directly with Francine on a large custom swag order (sweaters, patches, water bottles, pens, notebooks, stickers, tote bags - all custom designed with different art on each item) and she was nothing short of amazing. The communication was always clear, timely and to the point. This project took about 4 months to finalize (because of our internal timelines) and Francine was there every step of the way. She helped source the best items that fit our needs and when there were minor hiccups, she was able to resolve them to our satisfaction. Everything was produced and delivered on time (there were 6 separate deliveries scheduled due to the volume of items and different locations, all arrived exactly when promised with no issues or damages).Couldn't be happier with the work Stitchy Lizard did for us and highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and quality items!

Simon is a true professional and is the kindest representative at Stitchy Lizard. We ordered a large, time sensitive order (over 250 items including branded t-shirts, water bottles and lanyards), just a few short weeks before the holidays season and he exceeded our expectations. The quality of print and finish was great and they were able to match our company colour almost exactly. Simon genuinely cares about his customers and often times called me directly to discuss possible bumps in the road, with solutions prepared to avoid any issues. Seriously, this guy is great.
