They have everything you need for dogs, especially raw food. Their service and product availability is fantastic. We switched from another provider when they went out of business and wished we'd always been with Tail Blazers.The buy 10 get one free on bulk raw food is a really nice bonus too!

Friendly, well stocked store. I appreciated their suggestions and to my delight my picky picky dogs loved the purchase!

I don’t usually write reviews let alone bad reviews. But, this was was an extremely awful experience.DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.Worst discriminatory experience I’ve ever had as a minority female. After I had gotten out of my car, the owner (or manager,) a man with a beard and glasses, immediately started yelling at me (no exaggeration,) to “get out of his customer parking spot”.I was speechless and startled but I proceeded to walk back to move my car, out of fear and confusion.As I was about to move my car, he came out again and started yelling about how I was purposely avoiding moving my car. And I truly wasn’t. I told him calmly he didn’t need to be rude as It had been about 30 seconds since he first had yelled at me and I was moving my car.The worst part is I was checking out this location for the dog food I’m looking for. I will never go to this location again, the manager was borderline harassing me and discriminating against me as I assume I didn’t look like enough of a “pet owner” to him. Such an awful and unbelievable experience.Saying “sorry you believe you were yelled at” is far from a true apology and very similar to gaslighting.I’d say that management needs to step up and not allow this but sadly it was management I believe.

Went in to inquire about switching kibble on my pups. Was greeted by a young lady I believe called Megan. Sorry if I got name wrong. Answered all questions and was very knowledgeable on product. I've been in sales for the past 35 years and it's so nice to meet young knowledgeable helpful staff.

I appreciate the time they take to answer all of my many questions, and give me all the options available. They are knowledgeable, friendly and have a wide selection of products! I have only been in this location a couple of times but both times I have received exceptional customer service from Darcy and the manager. The manager was a great help with identifying my product needs and then ordering in the quantity of product I needed. He was well informed and really listened to my needs. We had open dialogue to provide options. There was no hard and fast sales pitch just the approach of this is what I recommend. He was happy to bring in what I was looking for. His statement of if I can’t get it for you then here are our competitors who do have what you need built a lot of trust. His motto of customer needs come first have won me over and I will continue to support this business.

Great place to get very healthy food for your pets. The staff are fantastic always willing to help you get just the right things you need for your pets. They take time to make sure your needs are met. Also they will advise you what will be best for your special pet needs. They carry a variety for pet food. If your pet has a special need for food because of allergic reaction this is a great place. I bought a Birthday Cake for my husky there. She loved it so I highly recommend you go check them out. Also they have toys for your pets. They carry all natural pet food. I have a cat with Chronic Kidney Disease I asked my vet if I could give him almo nature mixed with his KD diet so he would eat. They ask it was fine as long as he is eating his KD diet. He loves that mixed with his food. Also they have a all natural hairball relief that works great.
