Ezentials ... A Wellness Escape and Eco-Luxury Spa

I went this week for my first ever spa service, the Back Facial (yes this is a thing!!!) and it was honestly amazing. Jessica was incredible and all the other staff. They got me hooked on their Kombucha, Eminence products for my fiancé and lots of teas!Cannot wait to go back!

I was recommended by a friend and I cannot tell you how happy I am I went in. Cameron helped me out and is such a beautiful soul, he instantly made me feel so comfortable and has SO much knowledge to share and if he didn’t know something another staff member pitched in. He helped me curate a new skin care regiment specified to my needs and not once did I feel like I was being upsold something I didn’t want or need. I will 100% be back and recommending to others! (Side note: I was having a terrible week and the two times I came in I somehow left feeling relaxed and happier than I came in. Thank you again Cameron for being so great and sharing your wonderfully magnetic energy with me)

I went here the other day to get my eyebrows waxed the customer service around the whole spa was amazing, and it was such a nice relaxing atmosphere to be in even in the waiting room while I was waiting for the esthetician. I even stopped for some cookies on the way out which were delicious! The only problem I had was with the actual waxing, the price was within the average range of an eyebrow wax and the wax is hypoallergenic so I did not have a reaction to it either. Although, the esthetician did not trim my eyebrows or pluck the extra hairs that were missed by the wax. I would rate my eyebrow wax a 6/10 I was hoping for the price you pay that Atleast they take the extra time to shape your eyebrows and trim as other places I’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed at have done. They look alright but I’m not sure I’d go again.

If you want an experience like no other this is your place in Sudbury on Barrydowne. You can select massages, special facials, meditation, yoga. They also have a lunch bar which they sell nutritious light meals and specialy teas and coffee. You can buy loose leaf teas and they have a large assortment. The dedicated staff is there to help you choose a tea, weigh it and put it in a beautiful recyclable bag. The naturopath Doctors are amazing. I saw Dr.Todd and my initial consultation was 1.5 hours. He went through all my medical background and researched everything for my next appointment. His professionalism and thorough knowledge of the human body and how it works was amazing. I go to Ezentials for treatments and my family doctor is positive of the results. My naturopath suggested certain supplements and looked at the interactions with the medications that I was taking. He suggested the supplements and it’s up to me to make a decision. He explained how the supplements worked and why it would be at my advantage.I hope that everyone has a chance to go on their website and look at their services. This spa is like nothing else you'll ever find in Sudbury.I was absolutely blown away by my experience here. And it truly was an experience.The staff were beyond kind and helpful. They were so gracious and inviting. They were so professional yet made me feel so at home. The service was top notch.I was surprised to find that this spa has an actual licensed bar so I could enjoy a glass of wine while I lounged. There was also a large menu with such a variety of foods, anyone could enjoy a whole meal, a light snack, or a smoothie, as well as specialty coffees and teas.The vibe of the place was contemporary meets tranquil and soothing.The whole spa is quite large and offers so many services.There's also a lounge section to enjoy in between treatments where you can sit back in a recliner and enjoy a treat while you take in the peace and relaxation. It would be a PERFECT place to go with friends or as a couple or just on your own to rest.I felt so invited and welcome into the space. There was no rushing about in anyway. I was encouraged to take advantage of the lounge room and rest for as long as I'd like even after my services were completed.They offer a variety of products as well for anyone wanting to indulge at home or for gift giving. They're beautifully packaged and have a very special, luxe look to them.As far as the services that I had. I indulged in a relaxation massage and a mud wrap.Crystal gave me the absolute best relaxation massage I have ever had. Hands down. I've had massages at the Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons and to be quite honesty, those massages paled in comparison to the massage I received.Crystal ensured that I was comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be going again and making a specific request to utilize her services again.My mud wrap was also absolutely delightful. I was initially anxious heading into it, not knowing what to expect.Angela, my treatment specialist, talked me through the whole process and was very reassuring. Once we started on the process, I felt like my whole body was melting into a pool of relaxation. I cannot stress enough how relaxing this entire experience was. Angela also administered a head massage and again, having had a head massage at other establishments, I didn't have high hopes, but she completely changed my mind on things and I cannot wait to book with her again as well.At the end of my day, I felt like my bones were noodles, in the best way possible.I deal with chronic pain from a back injury and when I left there, it was the first time in four years I have experienced pure relief from my pain and symptoms.I was never a spa person, but I will be frequenting this establishment in the future.It was absolutely unbelievable.Sudbury needs something like this and I'm so excited to have found this hidden gem.I highly recommend this place to anyone I come across.You will not be disappointed.

I visited Ezentials in December and I can not stop talking about how great my experience was. It was my first time at a spa and the experience was surreal.

The most amazing scents. The best people. Even better iced maple latte. Don’t drive by this building without stopping in.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Ezentials, Dr. Bouzane is a such a wonderful person. The staff is incredible. I have high anxiety and because Dr. Bouzane was so patient and kind I felt like I've been going there for years, I can't thank her enough for everything she's done and continues to do for me.Alyssa Hepburn.

The Nordic experience was so wonderful. The staff were incredibly nice, accommodating, thoughtful, and beyond respectful. The quiet atmosphere was delightful and the small cafe was amazing with service to the a Nordic Room. I will absolutely be back.

Love this place! The inside is very big & aesthetic. Highly recommend for a relaxing experience. Staff is very pleasant
