Very unreliable person! This is my first time filing taxes with him and it was such a terrible experience/service. I was asked to make payment first, which I did and then he stopped answering my calls. After endless calling, he confirmed my taxes were filed. As I didn't get any confirmation from CRA, I kept calling back again to find out that he hadn't filed my taxes because he couldn't figure out if I had made the payment!!!! So finally, after having paid for the service for more than a month, he filed for my taxes.

I filed my taxes with Ian for FY 2021 and 2022. He is very responsive, and addressed every query of mine. No only he helped me to get good refund but filled my taxes tailored to me. I would recommend him to you guys if you are new comers, international students, or even on PR. He is the best Tax consultant in Windsor area.

I have filed taxes with Bavan for over 5 years and he has been very unresponsive and unreliable throughout my experience with him. I just didn't want to go to a new account and start the process all over but it's high time now. I had a tax deadline and I tried contacting him since 2 weeks. Calling him everyday atleast twice. Not a single response. I would highly recommend all to find a reliable tax accountant because Bavan acts like he is doing us a favor. I am going to specifically tell everyone I meet to steer clear from his service.

I would have given zero but google won't allow me. His USP is that he can get you more benefits, but at what cost? He doesn't picks up your call, doesn't reply to emails. The reason he does this is because of the unethical practises he follows. He won't meet you, won't talk with you. Just sharing your documents with him is something I'll never recommend.I'd request everyone to write authentic reviews rather than giving 5 stars (cause he got you good tax benfits). Please don't consider this firm for tax filing. Worst experience ever
