Went in to order a 6 in sub and had change in mind.. when asked to get a foot long rather, the employee cussed in Hindi.. he said motherf****r. I left being unable to bear such rudeness.. who on earth treats their customer like that.. that is the worst at an individual as well as company level.. will never see this place again..

Just started working next door was scared to come to this subway bacause of all the bad reviews but my experience was great! There were 2 guys working, both were very nice and fast!! I will definately be going there again. All the ingredients looked fresh and my sub tasted great.

Good service by the sandwich artist but bad experience with owner/manager who failed to acknowledge my valid coupon. This was my first time any subway has refused to accept the valid coupon i had.Adding details to verify the order:Transaction number : 1/A-366996

A small shop that focuses on the taste of their food and friendliness of their employees over an extravagant store. A small dining area is available and is always clean. But the view is not amazing.I would recommend this store for its food and employee experience! It's everything it should be.

Worst experience ever . I placed an online order and immediately I wanted to cancel as per the app I called the restaurant 5 times. 5th time employee picked up the call and informed it was already made and he cannot cancel it. I was upset about it because app asks you to call them but restaurant doesn't pick up the call . I submitted a feedback and the same employee called back and was disrespectful and rude. He was upset with me for submitting feedback. When asked why is there an option to cancel the order in the app when there is actually no way for them to do it , He said he doesn't know what is in the app. The store is busy in noons so they can't receive calls . I have never had such an experience of being yelled at just for submitting a feedback.

The food is not fresh there. I ordered chicken noodles and they were left overnight, they taste like fresh but caused diarrhea.

I decided to try this Subway out, I ordered (1) Italian B.M.T. sub this day, they can’t help their location. It can be a bit daunting with some of the “characters” that hang out around downtown. Had a nice, polite, obliging order taker, took my order (I had written it out for her) she followed my requests to a Tee. The sub was fresh, and tasted very good on a toasted bun and melted cheese. Satisfied customer here (no complaints)

Came to this location all the time, no issues, friendly staff and always make my order right. Only down point is most of the time the mobile app promo code doesn’t apply to this location.

On Saturday morning when my wife and I came in to get subs, the sandwich artist was in an annoyed mood. And when I was ordering, and asked for extra green peppers, he literally took one extra and put it on, in a mocking manner. Then when I asked for extra onions, he said in a sarcastic way, Do you even want me to close this stupid sub or server it open to you?!". Then when I asked for a little extra salt and pepper
