Circle K

Clean (as a whistle), well-lit, well-stocked and very organized store. The hot food area (hot dogs, taquitos etc) was absolutely spotless and all of the condiments looked fresh. Courteous and helpful staff. Always nice to see a small business run so well. You can tell they care. Way to go folks! :)

Every single item in the store is double or more the price of any other retailer. Their cheeseburgers are exactly that a slice of cheese and a patty on bun, absolutely nothing else. I can't believe they're allowed to price gouge like this. 9 bucks for a 4 litre of milk lol

TERRIBLE customer service- I went to load money on my laundry card- machine said 5 10 20 acceptable.. I asked for change for a $50, was told this was not possible- put $50 in machine to see if it had been updated.. expected that if it was not acceptable, then $50 would be returned. The machine ate my $50. Told me they could not help me and to contact the supplier of the machine (which I now have to do... with no guarantee of resolution. . If only there was a warning sign!!!)- asked manager to put a sign up advising customers of this problem - was told it was my problem"

Good convenience store. Well stocked and lots of products. When I went to Circle K, the cashier stopped my purchase as it was expired and got me a newer snack. It was good to see the attention to detail, but it would have been great for the products to be taken off the shelves so customers wouldn't buy expired goods. Just saying.

I have never seen such poor customer service then the Circle K store in Forest Lawn in Calgary 17 Ave SE. I went into the store and asked the attendee how was his coffee and he just try it and you tell me how it is. I had filled it and was looking for the cream and accidentally spilled my coffee on the floor. The attendant came over and I said accidentally spilled my coffee. The attendant stated I new you were going to split it. There were customers at the coffee station. The attendant stated for the other gentleman to go one way and me to go another way which partly had coffee on the floor so when I got thru it he gave me sh** for walking thru the coffee. After he asked me why I walked thru the coffee and started at me to leave the store.I have never seen such poor customer service in my life.Let's see some improved service.This was an independent store and not related to Shell.

Terrible customer service from the guy with the giant black and gold watch (No nametag). Misgenders multiple times even after correction. Couldn't be bothered to open the bag let alone put the items in it. I've never had service this bad here before. This guy is just plain ignorant and rude.The younger gentleman who had just shown up said his name was Taru if I heard correctly but I could be wrong. As I had mentioned he had no name tag.

The clerks here are so nice. My daughter wanted candy and to pay with her own money. They were so kind to her, calling her miss and ma'am. It was adorable!Also one of the cleanest convenient store I've ever been in.

In the evening around 1:00 am April 21th, l stopped by to get something on my way, and asked the cashier for washroom keys and said it’s only for employees not customers, but I asked why not for customers too, he also said the manager took the key with him used as excuse which doesn’t make sense. Oh barely hear his English, I wonder how he communicate with customers.

On October 1st 2019, around 2:30 ish, I went there with my 10 years old son. We went straight to the counter as we wanted to purchase hotdogs. The guy who wears black turban was angry for no apparent reason. We paid and went to pick up hot dog. He was glaring at us (I couldn't figure out why). I asked about the beef hot dog as they seem to be mixed. when he came to take look, he pushed my son while asking him to move out of the way. I still believe I should have called the police on him for pushing my son.

Time to update as this continues to be our go to: hot dogs and pizza add to our likes of the helpful staff and great stock: it’s always clean and well stocked for emerge and regular supplies! Great addition to the neighbourhood!
