100% would not recommend, I went in with a design in mind and I showed the picture to the lady, I told her I want them a LITTLE BIT shorter than that length and just the ombré with no gems she said $42. After gluing the acrylics she cuts them way too short (down to the nubs basically) I then remind her of the length we had agreed on and she says oh then she’ll have to charge me $60. We finally agreed on a reasonable length for $45 the ombré did not blend as seamlessly as I expected but I did not want to complain.NOW it just been a week that I’ve got them done and the ombré paint is peeling off. And it’s as if they knew it would happen because there is a sign that says after 3 days you have to pay for a touch up on ur nails. Worst place I’ve ever done my nails, my nail tech was VAPING while doing my nails; worst $45 spent

I came here with two other people for manicures and pedicures. We showed up at exactly 11:00 on the dot and when we walked in they told us to take a seat and proceeded to take in 2 other ladies. While we were waiting another women came in for a pedicure and she got taken right away. We were sitting there for 20 minutes when finally they took me to do my acrylic refill. My two other friends were then sitting there until 11:50. My paint job was terrible and my pedicure smudged on every single one of my toes by the time i was walking out of the salon. We left at 2:00 with smudges on all of our nails. What a waist of 3 hours. They need more employees especially on a Sunday morning when they know they will be busy. Never coming here again.

These people do NOT know how to do nails. I came last year to get my nails dont and the man who did it did a terrible job. The nails were so thick and ugly. I went in today to get shellac manicure because the other place was totally full. And they used freezing cold water to soak my fingers in? The girl who did my nails hurt me 3 times when filing with the machine. Then the shellac application. OMG she put such THICK GLOOPS of nail polish that make it look like I have 100 coats of nail polish. After she fixed that, the second time when drying he shellac, it melted into the sides if my fingers due to the poor quality polish. Then the third time when she did it again, the nail polish had HUGE bubbles form in the nails. The man was trying to tell me that it happens with shellac. UM. NO. Let me tell you something, this is NOT supposed to happen! You people are ridiculous! I now understand why y’all are always empty while your neighbour salon is always full! I will NEVER recommend or go to this place again!

Tom is great! Extremely courteous and customer focused. Very polite and wonderful with his customers. His professionalism keeps bringing me back to his salon! Glad to have this dedicated professional in great proximity from home!

This place is terrible. First, the last injures me and makes my fingers bleed and she doesnt even notice it and she was so slow i ended up spending 2.5 hours. Second, the guy was TERRIBLE. He didnt care that my nail polish didnt dry, told me its not his fault that its not drying, took 2 hours for him to get it straight and he raised his voice on me while trying to make me pay more at the start for something else. dont waste your money or time they are terrible and dumb.

Staff was accommodating and wonderful. I stopped by just to see, and glad I ended up staying to get a manicure and pedicure. I found that they were professional and friendly. Thank you, they are beautiful!

I went in on a Friday afternoon for a shellac manicure. I couldn't get into my regular nail salon as they were booked, so I tried this place; since it was closer to home. An older lady did my nails and I was not impressed at all. While she was nice, she injured me in the process, while she was filing my nail my finger started bleeding and it hurt like hell. She apologized and I recognize mistakes happen sometimes but it still put a damper on my appointment. I haven't even had my shellac manicure even a week and I noticed the polish the started peeling. Poor quality!!!After paying $35 with tax and tip included (they charge $25 for shellac manicure), it's safe to say I won't be back. Disappointed as this place is so close to home, but I better stick with my usual spot.

I went in for half arm waxing and was told the price was $15 by the man who greeted me. The lady that did the waxing for me had clearly never had any training and missed a lot of spots and had very poor technique causing pain (bruising, bleeding and burning). When I was done, the lady asked the manager (white woman with short hair - I assume she was the manager based on how she spoke to me) how much to charge me, and the manager said an extra $3 for hands. I spoke up to advise her that I've done waxing many places and it's never extra and furthermore, it's not listed on the price chart. She immediately became angry with me and said well I set the prices here" and then ignored me. Then the man who initially greeted me came up to charge me (he charged me $15). While he was processing my payment

I love it here, the staff is so friendly and accommodating. They have many nail colors to choose from. The nail shapes , unique style of nails is what sets this place part. They never rush unlike other places and it’s very clean.

I love this place. Tom is good and so is his wife. The reason I gave it three stars is because of a lady that works there. She did my nails once and made them too thick, she put the acrylics in too deep and made them too short. They were rather ugly. For acrylics I recommend getting Tom or going somewhere else if you can’t.
