HelloThis was my first time in this jewelry store. Upon entering the store,I was greeted with a smile. One of the assistants ask if I can be helped. Explain my reasons of being there. She explain chains will be fixed in a week. Asked for a appraisal on a item. The owners son came out to talk with me. His honesty and kindness was very much appreciated. The service in this store was really appreciated.The honesty was a very big deal for me because I just came from another jewelry store down the street where they had to cheat me out of money. And had wrongly appraised the piece of jewelry that I had brought in, shame on them.Truly if you are looking honest people this is the place.Thanks Bijouterie Dubé.

Went to replace battery in my watch, service was ok, asked to see earings was shown a few but didn't offer to show more. Did get a guarantee for battery for 1 year.

First of all, the store staff was extremely friendly and professional, welcoming their clients with big smiles. Secondly, I recently dropped my watch, which caused internal damage (the clock stopped working). In 15 mins, the watch was fully fixed, and returned to me, also with a big smile. To start the customer service , especially from Victor, is excellent. They give very good prices compared to other jewelries and they are reliable. I bought my wedding bands here and they were ready in less than a week! They marked them explicitly as I wanted to in no time. I also bought batteries for my watches. The group at Bijouterie Dube know what they are doing . I’ve had a few pieces repaired and remodelled by them , work is done on a high level . Just had a ring remodelled with an antique brooch and they made it look like it was original . Even when I got home I noticed small details . It made the ring look even better . Would recommend this group to anyone in need of work .Thank youOnce again amazing work .
