Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Called me back within 24 hours and made an appointment for the following day.He showed up on time, and our fridge repair was completed in about 45 minutes.Rick knows his stuff, and will not lead you astray. Most of these appliance repair guys are scams. They charge you $75 in advance to show up, and then they tell you they cannot fix it, or give you an outrageous estimate so you won't fix it. Rick actually knows how to fix these appliances.Give him a call, you won't be disappointed.

Stampede Appliance came highly recommended and Rick did not disappoint. He came during the time frame we agreed on the and was already prepared with the parts needed to fix the dryer based on my quick description of the problem when booking. Rick was very honest and transparent about the issues and was informative when showing me the failed parts and what he could do to repair it. He was fairly priced, friendly and very professional. Highly recommended.

Our dishwasher was repaired by rick from Stampede a few weeks ago. To make a long story short, there was a problem with the repair. Rick came back to make it right and was easy to work with. I would call him again if we had another appliance break.

Excellent service, very professional and respectful. The issue with my oven was more complicated than originally anticipated, and Rick returned the following week with the correct part and repaired it. As well, he gave excellent advice for other appliances we own. I can't speak highly enough of him, and I'm going to recommend him to everyone I know who might need repairs on their appliances.

highly recommended. They asked the right questions to deduce the problem and have the right part for a very old refrigerator. Rick came in the promised time, replaced the heater elements in the freezer defroster, cleaned the freezer coils, and the fridge and freezer now work properly. friendly and knowledgeable will use again when needed.

Rick is an absolute stud. Anytime I have an issue with an appliance he is the first person I call. He has always been able to repair the applinace within the same day. Origally was referred to him from my mother, after he had gone above and beyond to assit her. Since then, when referring others, I have met many other people who have had similar enounters and also feel he is very honest and gets the job done! Thank you Rick!
