I agree with other posters. Although they do a decent job once they're here, I have a problem with them showing up whenever they want. Sometimes they call the night before. Other times they'll just come, at like 9am when they're scheduled for 12pm. It makes it hard when we schedule multiple appointments throughout the day.

Very poor agency. Not happy with this agency at all. No one calls to let you know a rough time about of their coming. They expect you sit around all day and wait for them to phone you to say they are on their way. If you miss their call you miss your visit. Very unprofecial! They never seem to be able to find a worker to go see my grandmother on the weekends even thought they have schedules done 2 weeks in advance. I would not recommend this agency at all. It is very unfortunate that we were given this agency as there are so many other better, more professional agencies out there. Some of their workers are more interested in just doing the very bare minimum and leaving before their time is up that clients are in titled to.

All of the staff that worked with me were great! I was glad that I chose CBI to help me with my injuries.

First of all the Supervisor, Dianna, is the best. She gets the problems solved. Very kind and understanding with issues that have been brought up to her.Secondly, there have been issues with three of the PSW‘s that were sent to us. One said she didn’t like her job, her demeanour was horrible. She tried to tell me how to take care of my mom and when I called to complain she was immediately removed off the schedule. Secondly one had washed my mom in bed and left her sitting in damp pyjamas on a damp bed. And the third one showed up did not bring a separate pair of shoes or bootees and refused to take her shoes off. My husband did not want her traipsing all over our house with dirty shoes and she was not allowed into the house. They are all told to bring either bootees or shoes and she just chose not to.The only thing I would say is these people should be screened a little better or trained a little better but when I have called to complain they have remove them from my mom’s care which I really appreciate.

I'm incredibly disappointed by this place, everything from unprofessional calls where the reps were rude to informing me that they cannot help me through the holidays. people contact an agency like this because they need help, and yet this is some of the worst customer service i have ever seen. Would not reccomend.

Can never get threw and very unreliable phone numbers

Today I found out my grandma sat in a soiled diaper for who knows how long until 2:30pm because our scheduled 7am to 12pm did not show up. She can't stand, yet can hardly move much anymore. We were told they were going to find someone else but no one came. That's just one thing to point out so others know that this can happen to your loved one.
