Terrible customer service people walking around in there and no employees offering to help with anything. All the employees are just standing up at the till twittering. They're thumbs and playing on their phones

Great place to get all your outdoor essentials and more. It’s not a big a store, but I love shopping here. The staff are all amazing and they make the experience even better. The last 2 times I shopped here (very recently), Samridth helped me find the right hiking shoes, and outdoor wear. He was very patient and answered all my questions! Great job.

Based on the recommendation of a trusted friend, I went in to buy a pair of Merrell shoes. The sales representative Navjot was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and polite. Although they didn’t have the colour I wanted, Navjot verified the details of the brand and colour I needed so that I was able could order it elsewhere. They sell top-notch products and the service is excellent.

Product is super nice. The only coaching I would suggest is regarding the staff attitude. The lady on shift today, not so friendly.Jessica was great though!

First time shopping at Atmosphere and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we got service. I was looking for hiking footwear. They had a few on sale yet not many sizes left in the sale items. I did find a pair of Merrell's in my size and colours I liked.The sale guy was great, kept checking in yet left me to try them on to see how they fit.They had really great sales on coats, again it will depend if they have your size left.They have all the top brand names in outerwear and shoes.I will definitely go back here for outdoor wear!Lots of parking. Hand sanitizing when you walk in and a mask is a must wear here.

Great customer service. It’s good to find something we love though it’s a small store. The store representative Tanya was really very helpful. She was polite and paid attention to our needs. Good to have such people which makes us want to go back to the store again.

The storemanager (Brandon) has a great customer-service, I was unhappy of somecustomerservice, he listened to me patiently and gently ,then tried to find a solution to solve the problem. He was so helpful and nice.Honestly I was happy and thankful of atmospher’s customerservice. He did great. Thank you

A smaller outdoors store but still has all the necessary stuff for backpacking, camping, and adventures. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Average prices but great deals when on sale and good quality products. Would highly recommend.

Got some things for a trip. The girl helped us get a backpack that was a specific carry-on size for a plane. She was very friendly and helpful. They had a large wide selection of tons of travelling gear.
