Had and eye exam and bought 2 glasses on an affordable price. Customer service is incredible, they are super helpful and goes above and beyond. It was super easy for them to charge directly toward my insurance and a good portion of coverage was made. Overall I am very happy for my frames and the service here. Definitely recommend them!

Excellent! Their equipment is very modern, everyone was really nice. I got a great deal with my Sunlife insurance, but they had good prices even if I had to go off the shelf. Their glasses feel like very good quality, very sturdy - I'm very happy with them.

The queen west location in Toronto was great. The staff was so friendly. They helped me get into see the optometrist the same day with no appointment and less than two weeks later I had two new pairs of glasses. The quality level of these glasses for the price is also amazing.

Amazing service and quality. I got two beautiful pairs of glasses for less than half the price at my previous optometrist, with great advice from one of the staff. Sorry I didn’t get his name, but all staff were helpful and genuine. Love my new glasses!

Came in for an eye exam, the optometrist was great and friendly! The store is dog friendly as well.The sales associates were all so helpful and helped me pick out a pair of new frames. They were honest and helpful and took care of the sunlife insurance stuff for me!Would recommend

Great experience here with BN team for my eye exam and glasses consultation. Otherwise, the price are very competitive and reasonable. They have a promotion for students as well and some other promotions to get your new glasses. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service, I was helped out by Justin who was incredible to interact with, and provided the best recommendations. Ended up purchasing 2 pairs of glasses at an affordable price based off the recommendations. They're able to add on a nose piece to any pair of glasses and billed my insurance directly making the entire process super easy and convenient. Incredibly pleased with my experience at the Queen west location, and would 10/10 recommend!

I bought two pairs. They took over two weeks to come, and both pairs were a misfit. The optometrist then mentioned that the main pair is not for my face type so it was sad that I waited this long to only get glasses that didn't fit me. They did offer to let me buy any other pair, which would mean waiting for another 2.5 weeks for my prescription glasses that I need.For my sunglasses too, they had to bend the stick to abnormal levels, so even though they look great from the front, it's just a weird fit.Team is helpful, I just wish someone had warned me on my day of buying that these wouldn't fit me with the lens style.
