I specifically asked before purchasing several packs of underwear if they were returnable if unworn. The cashier assured me that they were within 30 days and I could get a credit, but not my money back. I said that was fine as I had purchased the wrong size for my mom (and 3 pair were damaged), who is going through chemo and can’t shop on her own. I tried to return them two days later, the store manager, Linda Told me that, although they were on worn, it was disgusting to return them And she would not take them. When I told her that the cashier assured me that I could bring them back before purchasing them She said she was sorry And that she would talk to her staff But would still not returned them. I asked for district managers number, and she said that There is no one above her that she answers to. I called Bianca Amores national office And was told that there is in fact, a district manager, and that this manager will be reprimanded. They offered to send me a gift card, but I will honestly never shop here ever again.

I had heard people recommend going here for area rugs, but I was pleasantly surprised when I finally went and found a really impressive selection (almost the whole length of one side of the store), of all sizes from massive rugs big enough for a great room to lots of standard 5x7 ft rugs of all colours and designs. I thought I'd only find one or two 5x7's I liked, but I ended up having to narrow it down between five, and they were all between $70-$80! There are more expensive ones, but the majority were in this price range. There is a 30 day return policy on rugs as long as they are clean and haven't had furniture on them for more than 30 minutes, so you can take your time to make sure the colour is right for your room. Props to the friendly employee who quickly helped me when I was ready to get my rug down. :)

This place is a real Genie's cave of curious finds. Some great finds if you have the time and patience to go exploring. We find it fun to wade into!

If I could give negative stars I would. I went up to the til with a product with their pricing sticker on it marked $2 & it rang up at $4 so the cashier tried to rip the sticker off & say no we just go by what it rings up as & called a manager over. As I tried to explain to this manager" that you cannot have a price marked on the item and then say we'll I am going to charge you whatever it comes up as in the computer because that's what I want to do

The flyer deals seem amazing, but you can't always find the items in the store. Very disorganized, messy, difficult to shop, feels overwhelming. You can get some good deals on food though, as long as you understand & accept the best before dates. The fitting rooms are still CLOSED, so most of the clothes selected were not purchased.

Wide variety of wares and it's pretty cheap. There's a hodgepodge of clothing, organized in aisles by size and gender. Some clothes were brands from recognizable stores; others of indiscernible origins. The back of the store was full of housewares, with some in a assemblage of odd styles and sizes expected for liquidation" goods

Super clean very organized loved the layout. Wish the one by my house was so well organized

Lots of great deals and lots of not so great stuff. Just need to be patient to find that gem! Ive always been a believer that best before dates dont mean too much and Im happy to find an organization that believes the same. Check them out, Im sure you’ll walk out with at least 1 item
