Had such a great experience, with every staff member efficient and committed to helping me get the most of my apple products. I called about replacing a cracked screen, and ended up getting two laptops looked at as well! These guys really know their stuff. A special thanks to Stefan and Mitchell.

Hello,I went to the Apple Store - Willowbrook Mall in Langley on Saturday June 24. I was so surprised with the excellent service I received. I was also very impressed with the knowledge that the 2 young adults that served me that day had. They took the time to explain some of the challenges I was having. I left very satisfied.

I cannot image being fully in Apple ecosystem without Simply.Most box & office supply stores don’t know enough to help with issues. After 30 years of Apple, I still need some form of help or after market warranty such as Simply Care. Stefan is fantastic. being 30+ years with them. His staff are all well trained. And Steve Uppal STILL supports network/server/security and cloud requirements. NO ONE else spans this long a record of device/support which, for the most part is EXCELLENT. and They stock product. NEW and 2nd owner Mac’s. They have stores in most cities in Western Canada and I am glad to be able to go to get support & warranty in Langley, Vancouver & Calgary.

I had a great experience with Simply Computing and I wanted to share. I’m a school photographer and I rely heavily on my computers to run a successful season. I typically don’t have any issues with my macs and have I’ve been using them for 15+ years. This season unfortunately, I ran into an issue with my mac that brought my season to a halt. I’ll spare you the details of my computer issue, but Simply Computing was there to get me back and running in no time. The staff was always very helpful to me and did everything they could to get me back and running as quickly as possible. Before the problem was fully diagnosed, the staff offered me some workaround options to help me get my machine to a useable state. Unfortunately, given the stress of my situation and the timing of it all, I was definitely a “high-pressure” customer. The staff was always patient with me and did everything they could to get me back on track, with advice on how to avoid such issues in the future. The price was very reasonable and the service was exactly what you’d hope for. I will most definitely return to Simply Computing if I experience any issues moving forward and would definitely recommend them.

Stephan and his staff are the most professional staff I have ever dealt with. I had a problem that rendered my company down … I new Stephan so called him in a emergency..He had my Mac Pro for my recording studio up and running in 2 hours . Simply amazing service! Every question I had was kindly answered in detail. Upon purchase of my new laptop I was invited to sit and set it up being helped again with any questions I had. When I returned from being away my iPhone stopped working. I was put onto Simply Computing as they are an Apple Specialist. I got a lovely young lady named Katie to help me and I was super impressed with her knowledge of the product. She spent as much time as was need to thoroughly check all aspects of my phone and she never rushed. After she did everything she could to try and revive my phone it turned out I needed a new one. To make it even better they had the phone I wanted in stock so I didn’t have to drive miles to an Apple Store. She then transferred EVERYTHING from the old phone to the new one and then erased all the data from the old phone as well and I was a super happy customer.I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Their knowledge and service is second to none and all the employees are super nice and friendly and very easy to deal with.

I came in with a broken and antiquated computer that I could have sworn would have meant me spending upwards of several thousand for a new device. Instead, the wizards at Simply Computing spruced up my hard drive and transferred it into a used model with a faster processor for a fraction of the cost. The revamped computer works great; I strongly recommend going to these people for ALL of your computer needs.

Surprised and gratified to recieve a message from Stefan" refunding the 73 dollars because his csa wasn't able to help. Thank you Stefan.disappointed. wanted an email issue (telus to google) resolved. Spent 73 dollars and left without any resolution
