Not a good choice for snow removal. Hired them this winter as they were the cheapest option and had just started this year. They often did not clear my driveway for days after a large snowfall, forcing me to shovel the snow myself rendering their service useless. We called them many times with no response and still our driveway remained uncleared for the majority of the winter. Finally they came to clear our driveway after many calls, but this was towards the end of the winter and I felt that my money was wasted on their service. There are many better competitors in the area.

Im in the O section, I was a bit skeptical at first but its by far the better service I had. Thank you guys

By far the better choice for snow removal

Bad first impression.I switched to this company this year as a recommandation of my neighbour. Nov 12, 2019, after a over 20cm snow, I wake up and found my driveway was not cleared. I called the company but no one actually answered. Then I sent an email but no one replied. That means I had to shovel the snow myself for a small path to get my car out of the garage. It took me 30 mins. Later when I went back home for lunch, the driveway was still the same. I thought that they could not make it today so I shoveled the snow myself again to clear all the driveway. And it took me over 60 mins...with shovel and later a machine borrowed from my neighbour(20-30cm snow you know, that could be very exhausting. )My neighbours with other companies already got served in the night. And when I was shoveling, other company's tractors came again and again...I know that the contract begins from Nov 15, but as a service company, it's necessary to follow the industry's common sense and to refer what the competitors do. Hope the company will dispatch their crew in time as they promised in the next 5 months.

Damage my driveway and 2 of my neighbors. Call 3 times, doesn’t want to fix it.Not showing up or very late during storm.Not worth the savings

Bad service. The other companies in our neighborhood all ready cleaned everything but our guys are still sleeping. Or drinking coffee in Tim Hortons.Will not sign with them next year for sure.

Very efficient team and service always well done! Will sign for winter snow removal for sure.
