purchased L-shaped height adjustable desk with dual monitor arms and credenza from Costco.ca mid-august 2021.Issues:Outdated assembly instructions: It looks like they mix and matching their products without making sure assembly instruction still works. E.g., dual monitor arms are initially made for other desks that are simpler and have no vertical edge attached to it however, with that 100 mm edge neither of the two installation methods work. I tried getting help from them for a week but they kept saying they will get back to me after they speak to their technician. They last response from them was to install the arm without the security underplate which is supposed to carry the weight of two monitors of up to 27

I searched online for a walk in closet after becoming discouraged from quotes received from local closet organizer companies in the $13k-$16k range. I also saw some of the samples and it was presswood (just like the one used by Bestar,I was somewhat reluctant to assembling one myself because of the non-negotiable" sizes of our walk in versus finding a correct fit.Perhaps some luck

Ordered 3 wardrobes by Bestar but from Costco. Delivery was a bit of a hassle but not at the fault of Costco or Bestar (because it’s a heavy item and we’re in a condo). Wardrobes were easy to put together and look great! Perfect way to clean up and hide clutter!

Probably the best quality, value cabinetry out there for DIY guys! Rock solid plywood and lamination. Easy to assemble, (assuming you know how to operate a screwdriver). Great customer service, had a problem that I've created and Gilles replied with solutions and offered help even it was not their fault. Overall great company.

Shipping with Bestar is a nightmare. Overall product is satisfactory

Bestar uses freight delivery YEC who has lost my shipment twice and also damaged twice. They just keep resending my orders with them despite that fact and don’t try to resolve the issues. I will never order from them again because of their partnership with YRC freight

Defective, damaged products, missing parts, poor customer service. I purchased a murphy bed from a reputable vendor for $1,800, made by this company. The first shipment included a broken part. Replaced after two weeks and I had already forked out of pocket for an installer. Second time, no bolts or screws provided. Company would not accept detailed request from the vendor. I had to call them directly. Another ten days. Final straw, more missing parts after the product assembled. Cannot order from their website. Phone line hung up on me. Go elsewhere for your furniture.

I ordered U shaped desk with hutch from their website. When I received the shipment , there were so many wood pieces that were damaged and it took them at-least 2-3 weeks to send us the damaged pieces. The process was very slow. The quality of their wood is very poor as the even if you gently assembling or moving it or put screws on as per their instruction guide it chips and scratches very easily. Overall, I would not recommend buying furniture from here. Very unsatisfied the with quality.

I dont think I will buy certain furniture like this elsewhere ever again.They delivered the desk in great shape... the packaging also was modern and well thought out.The color... the finishing... you can tell its built in a really great facility. The instructions too... someone spent long nights thinking them through before putting them on paper. They were easy with a ton of part detail so you do everything only once!I love my office quality big a$$ L shape desk at my house!I would not take a star off... I just want to mention this desk's colors are much different in some areas then on the website but I actually like the one I got even more!If I had to add one thing... I would add a surge protected 12 to 15 outlet powerbar with fast charge USB ports where the incoming power would be behind the concealed areas.Anyway... great job Bestar!!!!

Great company to deal with, product is great. I also had an incident where I broke a piece of wood while installing the bed, I called to try to buy a replacement part and they told me that “accidents happen” and replaced the part at no cost even though it was my fault! I would definitely use this company again! Thank you!
