Best Hand2Hand Moving took care of moving my parents in to a retirement residence. The team pulled together on short notice to make this happen. They worked tirelessly, were polite and respectful of my parents needs, and were very efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your next move!

I contacted Sam from Best Hand 2 Hand Movers . They accommodated me with my requests. They came in less than their quote as the team worked like an oiled machine! Very efficient while being extremely careful with walls In house also while in transit. Amazing moving company. I highly recommend for anyones next move large or small.

Absolutely the best movers we've ever had, and we've had a lot. Firstly, Sam was very professional over the phone, and was upfront about all costs and, answered all questions directly. On move in day, they were absolutely tremendous. They were fast, efficient, helpful, and willing to do what needed to be done.They were quicker, cleaner, more professional, and more courteous than ANY other mover.I refuse to move without them.

I used Best Hand2Hand Movers for my parents' move from Toronto to Ottawa. My parents both suffer from dementia so the moving experience might have been stressful, except that it wasn't, thanks to Sam! He offered me a very fair price when most big moving companies were not entering seniors' residences. He even lowered the price for me when he found he could combine my parents' move with another customer's move between Ottawa & Toronto. Sam and his two helpers were punctual, fast, courteous and careful. I would definitely use them again!

Highly recommend best hand to hand movers. They have done an amazing job moving me locally within the city. They packed and wrapped all my stuff and took really good care of everything they even brought dollies and surround wrap and tools. There was no hidden charges like other companies do & awesome ppl.

We used them recently for our move and my initial impression of them was very good and professional. The owner visited my home, walked through all the stuff that needed to be moved and provided an estimate of three hours plus one hour for travel time. He suggested to use three movers which would increase the hourly cost but I was happy with it. On the day of he showed up with one mover and two kids, making the move extremely slow and they also damaged our new hardwood floor and wallla. The actual mive was completed in 7 hours instead. Save your money, time and property. Stay away from them.

I have used Best Hand 2 Hand Movers in the past, and they are a very reliable moving service.I had consulted with them to help me move me this Spring; however, with the start of the new COVID restrictions, I thought it was best to have a friend move me. In spite of the lost business, Sam remained professional, courteous, and very understanding of the circumstances.

We hired BestHand to move my mom into a retirement apt. and were very impressed with their efficient and professional moving skills… They arrived right on time, and we were impressed with their professionalism in the face of obstacles. They carefully wrapped furniture with blankets and plastic wrap to protect from a heavy rain downpour, and were patient with time delays of required antigen test to enter LTC and inability to reserve the service elevator because the other was out of commission. I would highly recommend this company.
