You're highly recommended not just for the 5 machines we bought, but also for your customer service. Great quality with great people! Each machine can cook thousands of pig ever since we bought it. After working in the catering industry for some time, I have to say that my propane roaster is likely my favourite piece of equipment we use. I originally purchased it to add full roasted hogs to our menu as it is something our competitors don't offer in the 1000 Island Region, which helped us separate from the pack. After some time using my machine, I listened to Alan's advice and began using it as a steam-table and I also purchased the rotisserie basket set.Now we regularly cook upwards to 30-40 chickens at a time which makes our larger corporate/wedding events easier to manage when serving poultry, and I use the steam-table setting at essentially all of my jobs. If you are looking for a reliable and easy to use machine I would highly suggest it, the Scottish ingenuity" as Alan would say certainly shows in this machine. Great product

I rented a roaster for our stag and doe party and it was amazing! Easy to set up and use, and it cooked a perfect pig for our 80 guests. Really happy with the experience and professionalism of the PigOut team.

Our first attempt at using the Pig Out Roaster was a complete deboned, seasoned, Porchetta. We added about 5lbs of Pork roast to fill out the Porchetta.We used a 45lb pig, and it was done to perfection with lots of time to spare. We just kept it warm in the Roaster, till time to carve, turned it up to high for about 15 minutes which produced a beautiful caramelized, crispy crackle which the guests absolutely loved.It was the first time we ever tried this, but the Pig Out Roaster took all the guess work and timing stress out of the process. It worked perfectly (and the guests all agreed.)

Great service and great meat! I will be using PigOut Roasters again for future events.
