Have always had success with cuts for both myself and my kids. They have done a great job with both longer hair and shorter hair in our experience. Had a recent cut by Andrew and he did a great job, exactly what I was looking for and would ask for him again for sure. The hair wash/massage and hot towel are a welcome bonus to the cut.

Moe has done a great job with my fade and grooming my beard!!The only issue I had this time around was the temperature in the shop. With an ongoing heatwave, it felt like the AC was turned off. I noticed most barbers using the hair dryer to cool themselves down. It got so bad at one point I had asked to use a towel to wipe the sweat from dripping down my face.CRANK UP THE AC!

Took my 2 boys to have haircuts. Brigitte saw my younger son and completely butchered his hair. She probably took 10 minutes in all, did not blend/fade his hair, left a disaster 'M' shape (NOT what I asked for) at the back and left long hairs around his ear. My older son saw Happy who did an amazing job (5 stars). We are grateful that Happy was able to see my younger son to try and fix the mess. Happy took more time to fix my son's hair than his entire haircut by Brigitte. See the photos for yourself.

This was my first time ever coming here. I was booking an appointment online in the morning and got a call from the place right away. Asked for availability around 530-6pm. They had both available and I asked for 6pm. I really needed a haircut and I cancelled other things in order to be able get a cut. I get here at 6pm and they tell me that there is no booking under my name and that Rheanna cant take me because theyre booked for the day. I dislike leaving negative reviews when I havent even gotten the service but this was so inconvenient and upsetting considering I dont have any other free time for a cut the next 2 weeks and had to come all the way here that I have no choice but to leave a review. What an absolute waste of time...

Went for a simple cut and was the best experience ever - excellent cut, wash, trim, scalp massage, hot towel, amazing service! You can book ahead and would recommend you do otherwise the wait is over an hour with walk-ins. $39 tax included.

Moe absolutely butchered my hair, I asked for a fade and he just shaved the sides off and left lines all over my hair. The amateur quality of the haircut and poor service from Moe is surprising given that this is a higher rated / higher priced place, so I am really surprised to find barbers giving 10 minute haircuts and disregarding clear instructions about what should be the most basic of haircuts.Thankful to the shop manager and Rheanna though, who were very kind and tried to bring me back in to salvage what they could, but given how short he had gone, there was not much to be done. Just make sure to do your research about which barber you are going to.

I tried to book an appointment online for 3 dayDay 1 they called me to cancel the appointment because they say they’re busy .Day 2 they cancel the appointment online without calling me so I called them to check and they say we will book you for the following dayDay 3 came at noon which was the time for my appointment and guess what .. they are closedThank you for the magnificent way of treating people

Rheanna is so mommy fantastic. She always knows exactly what looks best for my beard and hair. She is truly an artist.

Couldn't be happier with our barber Minh. He's always taken the time to do things right and never makes you feel like he's rushing. The couple other times I've had others, you really just feel like they are processing you as fast as possible. Minh is great with my son, who is pretty timid. The management there needs to get their stuff sorted out. Constant policy changes, and nobody being on the same page leads to a frustrating experience trying to get a cut in the first place. Honestly, if it weren't for Minh, we would probably go elsewhere. The prices are fair, and the complimentary beverages are a nice touch along with tablets and a hockey game to keep the kids entertained. If the front of house can get themselves sorted out and communicate a bit more, I think it would go a long way. Last time I tried to book I got 4 different stories and then got a call an hour before we were supposed to be there that they had double booked us, so we would have to try another day.The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of Minh and the gentleman at the desk when we arrived the other night. If it weren't for them, it would be 1.

I liked how patiently the lady did the haircut, she took all the time to do it, definitely will go there back in future.
