I called this store and ask if they have thermostats and gasket for 2013 Jetta, and they said yes we got one. I went there in 10 minute and the guy told me they have thermostat but no gasket. He showed me some ring and told me that is ur gasket. I said it can’t be because it much bigger than the thermostat . I asked for manager and told him the whole storey and he said “so what can I do” I said man look the weather outside I travelled in this weather not for this response. He checked and find a right gasket but then blame me that when the guy showed it to me, I said it was not the right one. I said it was a different one, and was much bigger, the manger Kevin become so upset that and literally told me to get out of the store. He was ready for a fight. Horrible place.

Reason for 4 stars is they dont like customers knowing more about there products then the employees..which honestly isnt a bad thing everyone learns differently..now for products I drive an older vheicle and partsource seems to have all my repair parts which I really like,they also have a awesome return policy which they hold greatly other then knowledge this is a really good parts store for vheicles in saskatoon cheap prices and yes they are helpful to customers when not challenged on there products..so keep up the good job at this location

Wasted so much of my time. I called the store to check if they have a spare key for my car and they said yes. I arrive at the store and they tell me that they don't have the key in stock. They tell me that the Circle drive location has one so I go over there. When I get there, the guy at the till gets the key for me but he has no idea how to use the machine, so he waits for someone to help him that took like 15min. Then he tells me that their key copier doesn't work so he tries to call the 22nd location to see if they can do it. I wait like another 15min for him just to call the location and finally they answer. I drive back to the 22nd location just for the guy to mess up the only key they had in stock... lovely. Thank you for wasting my time.

PartSource is all good I call them almost on a daily normally I'm always working on my vehicle because it's a Ford LOL but end of the gate park tours his prices are fair it's a very clean tighty store I recommend PartSource anybody to get your parts from there or any other type of automotive needs other than that I'd have to say 5025 guys like I'm very happy with the business when I come there and you guys are always polite and you guys are always friendly and very hopeful I needed a second opinion from a mechanic I was transferred to a mechanic and I was more than happy with the advice that I got so yeah like I said 5 out of 5 and I will be more than happy to continue future business with you guys great job have a good one

I really used to love using this location because it was quick, cheap and convenient for getting automotive parts. But my last two visits have been less than satisfactory as I was sold the wrong piece and when I tried to return it the guy working was far from a gentleman. He was very rude when he admitted it was his employees fault and said he would have to submit it as defective.

Not bad however they can't really test to see if an alternator will actually start your vehicle

Parts are decent by my experience but the business and staff seem to not care about customers. Was charged an excess fee because of previous metals in the MAP sensor and then when I returned the old one I wasn't returned my gst in the overcharge. When I asked about it they simply said the computer won't let me and didn't explain anything further.

Really worse experience i travelled from delisle to get some car parts, i called no one answer my call then i reached the store at 6:10pm the guy saw me geeting of the car he just shut off the front door. As the hours on the door banner and google maps say store closes at 7 pm. Worse customer experience had in my life.#shamepartsource

Have to deal with this store as its the closest Part Source to my mechanic. Workers are the worst you can deal with. The allowable number of people inside the store is 5 at a time, however, the staff does not bother letting people in as customers walkout. I have had multiple bad experiences with this location. For example, last year, my mechanic and I had to re-order a set of brake pads 3 times to get the correct part. We even went in and wrote the information about the vehicle on a piece of paper for them, but they still got it wrong. The employee who always tends to be a part of these incidents is I believe Clay. They argue in front of customers, show their frustration even though they screwed up the orders. Someone needs to do some changes within the staff or more training. I have visited the 8th street location many times. Respectful and knowledgeable staff.
