Got my grad dress altered here! Very friendly service, and they were able to get the job done within a short time frame. They went above and beyond, not only altering the length, but fixing frayed threads in the back and steaming the dress as well. My dress was perfect for my grad, thank you Katrina!

Don't waste your time bringing items here - they won't have time for your alteration.I was turned down for work yet again from this business. The first was last year for a dress alteration, to which I was disappointed, but understood that they didn't have time. This time I was turned down for a zipper repair on a bag. He told me he was booking into mid-June, so I told him that I didn't need the bag back until August. He still said no and told me to take it somewhere else. Starting to think this business just picks and chooses the type of business they want, which would be fine if they didn't advertise services they don't offer.

Katrina and Val were absolutely amazing to work with! They were able to get me in on short notice and had my wedding dress alterations finished on time. I am very happy with the work that was done and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking!

I cannot speak highly enough of Katrina and her husband! They have the most welcoming atmosphere I've ever been in. Their adorable West Side shop feels home upon entering, and they treat you with the love and care of a dear family member. They were so accommodating of my needs at every turn, from a last minute reschedule to my need for the dress to be rushed. She made sure every detail of my wedding gown was perfect and made me feel so beautiful in it. Her husband even carried the dress out to my car for me and hung it up so it wouldn't get wrinkled, and they gave me care instructions, too. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you Katrina!

I was recommended this place by another store owner who couldn’t do my alteration in the time frame I needed. The owners did a great job shortening my bridesmaid dress BUT the price was extremely expensive. There was a miscommunication and I had thought I would be charged $38 for the alteration which I thought was reasonable for what I was asking for. When I arrived to pick up my dress they went to charge me $138. I simply would not have had them do the alteration if I had known how expensive it would be. My family sews but we don’t have a surger so we didn’t want to shorten the dress ourselves when we couldn’t finish the edges properly. I have had alterations done before elsewhere, I had a sari completely fitted and altered to my body and a head scarf made at the alterations store in the orchard park mall for around $70. Another member of the bridal party had her dress shortened at an alteration place on enterprise for $21. I just was absolutely horrified and in absolute shock at the price here, it cost much more than the dress itself, that I’ll also never wear again nor do I want/need to keep. Did great work on the dress, just a very unrealistic price for not a complicated or difficult alteration. If you have the money to spend, go there, if it’s a simply alteration and not your special day, try going to the mall or the shop on enterprise.

Excellent customer service and very talented seamstress. Even though my alterations were last minute they never made me feel like an inconvenience. Both her and her husband did what they could to have my dress done on time. I am very happy with my experience. Lots of parking out front as well.

Just had my wedding dress altered. Katrina and her husband did a wonderful job. They were timely, patient and listened to my concerns. Would definitely recommend for any bride to have their dress altered here!

Great place. Quality of work is amazing and fair prices. Katrina always explains what she is going to do and why it is the best solution, also offer alternative ways to modify the garment so you pick what you think would work best.Definitely recommend!

My daughter- in- law just picked up her dress after almost 3 months for a simple alteration to her wedding dress. Absolutely terrible hack job on the Tulle. No apology for it not being done in the agreed time frame and an absolute ridiculous price. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Katrina for ruining such an important day.
