The girls were lovely & kind. I love the aesthetic inside & I got the brown sugar milk tea which is my fav bubble tea but first time trying it here! I also got a little bubble tea keychain :)Will be back :))

One of the best drinks I have ever had in London. It’s in budget and tastes awesome. A must visit place with family and friends to have some refreshments. Very fast service even if its dine in or take out. I would recommend Coconut Taro with tapioca a must try drink.

Gongcha’s original milk tea always my fav. But the pearl here sometimes not cook though. Same as the original eggs waffle today undercook and little too sweet for me.- No parking- Tiny store- Good service though

0% sugar more like 110% sugar. The peach lemon green tea slush was so sickly sweet and had weird lemon bits inside that I didn't like. Maybe I got the wrong drink but it's the worst bubble tea / slush / fruit drink I've had.

I really loved this Bubble Tea. After the tiresome day this drink made my evening more special . I feel rejuvenated after drinking this amazing bubble tea. I highly recommend to try this .

I come to Gong cha all the time and try different drinks and never disappointed! It’s not just drink which makes me come here but the staff too. They are very welcoming and there is a guy who always help me to choose the drink. Today he suggested me one drink from their new series called Mango Pineapple Tea with golden pearl and i was flattered! It’s delicious! I am excited to try another one next time..

The staff is friendly and the shop is conveniently located downtown. My favourite drink is the coffee coconut slush with coffee jelly. They let me taste a topping before when I was trying to decide what to get. I've had it before in Toronto and am so happy they came to london.

Drinks are okay. Just another note that even the sugar level was 70%, it was super sweet, maybe next time I will try 25%.Hope the menu will add ice cream and sobert with bubble waffle during this upcoming summer.

As a relatively new shop, there's some kinks they need to work out.Ordered a matcha marble smoothie and a creme brulee strawberry latte. The pictures look great but the taste was mediocre. For the strawberry latte they couldn't creme brulee the top because the torch was not working. The ice was too much, the drink was done after a few sips. The matcha had the same problem. There was way too much ice. You couldn't ask for less ice because it's a smoothie. Far enough but the ice pieces weren't completely crushed and you'd get bigger ice pieces. In the end, I'm left with a mountain of crushed ice with slight matcha flavour.
