RUDE RUDE RUDE customer service . From the blonde lady with curly hair that sits in the corner . I needed help to figure out what happened to MY money within my account & I was told to go to the branch directly to get it sorted out. This teller was VERY RUDE, threw my card back at me & continued to work on previous work she had before me. I am confused why someone would have an attitude when it isn’t their money that has gone missing. I want my money back or an actual answer on when I will get an answer .

I moved my banking to this branch from scotia after being with them for 17 plus years. Wow, what an amazing difference in service quality and extreme attention to customer care. In general every at this branch I had interaction with was amazing however Vaishali has been superb in taking care of customers. Not only that I was extremely satisfied with her service even my lawyer who had to receive one service from her during my house purchase was amazed how she provided the service for bridge loan and for mortgage. I recommend this branch with highest recommendations. Overall experience I have so far from banking with CIBC is amazing. Their global money transfer service is very good. I had to use it few times during lockdown due to Covid-19 and it was amazing too. Try it out.

I had a pleasure dealing with Akshobhya Sharma for getting mortgage for our new house. He was very professional and explained each step thoroughly. My case was a bit complex due to being self employed but in the end we got the mortgage at the best possible rate. Went in to open a business account a year ago. Got refused because another director was not physically present. They have made up their own rules on making profiles of every directors, when only one director can open a business account and act on behalf of the business.

I noticed a big contrast with the service at this branch. The lady at the teller with the blonde hair (didn’t get her name) was rude and had an attitude as she dismissed my request to the manager. He in contrast was able to help me with my request in a professional and courteous manner. Some people are not cut for customer service.
