We used Good Land Inspecitons for our home inspections before buying our house (twice.) Both times were a great experience. Yvette in the office is so friendly and kind, and the inspector Dino was personable, professional, thorough and answered every question we had. They scheduled us quickly and got the reports to us quickly both times as well. I can not say enough positive things and would recommend them to anyone who needs and inspection!

Yvette helped me schedule (and re-schedule to accommodate my schedule) quickly and easily; I was able to get in within a week even considering my limited availability. Dino was wonderful! He performed my pre-closing inspection on my condo. He was very thorough, friendly, and took the time to explain what he was looking for and good things for me to know as a first time home buyer. The report he provided was very thorough as well, with full color photos of everything he looked at.

Both Elizabeth and Dino were great! Elizabeth started the inspection and Dino came to help out a couple of hours later. She was there before the start time and got right to work. They were both very thorough and explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. Great experience and they are highly recommended!

I can't express enough how amazing they were from the moment we made the first interaction. I called them on a Sunday night by referral from my agent and responded immediately. During the process of the entire inspection, Elizabeth was detailed. The best part about the process is that she explained it in Spanish. Providing services in Spanish to our community in an area we aren't versed in is always a plus. I Definitely will recommend it to anyone looking for a home inspection.

We contacted Dino to do our home inspection based on a recommendation from our realtor. He was super quick to respond and answered all of my questions before inspection. This was our first home inspection so we didn't know what to really expect, but we felt Dino and his partner were superb. We were really impressed with their service. Both were extremely friendly, attentive, and honest, which we really appreciated. They arrived for the home inspection before we arrived and had already checked out the house and had things running prior to our arrival, which is remarkable. I called to set an inspection appointment and got confirmation 3 days in advance. On the day of, the owner of the company contacted me and said that the inspector was not going to be able to make it. Due to the short notice I was not able to find another inspector and was forced to file an extension, which could have caused me to loose a new negotiation on the property.
