I had been bugging Josh for many years “window shopping” but never followed through on any homes. However, he never gave up on me. He always showed patience while being honest about every aspect of the homes we looked at, he wasn’t there just to make a sale. Josh always tried to put his best foot forward to make sure our family found a home and not just a house. I can’t say enough about his uplifting and charming attitude never feeling pressured on a lifetime decision. He was fair and driven to sell my home when we finally found our forever home! For years I received Christmas baking regardless that I had not sold or purchased from him up until a year ago, and even after the deals are done he still took the time to drive 30 minutes out of town to deliver the usual Christmas box! This is your man!! Josh Boyne will have all my future dealings because of his excellent attitude towards me and my family, these are the type of people I like to support in my community.

Josh is a wonderful realtor. He helped us buy our house 5 years ago.
