Gramp's Burger Stand

Name of Restaurant changed.Under new management.Just newly re- opened. We visited Gramps(other restaurant) twice in 2017. They had great burgers. Fresh from the farmers. No chemicals or antibiotics.However, I can't comment on the new place- Renamed".Still a restraurant."

ok... so upon entering the place it looked half under construction and smelled of cheap paint. Upon further inspection parts of the main counter looked like painted plywood. Not sure why the only two pics on the walls are of the Beatles I guess Gramps likes them?! Anyway the old guy at the counter wasn't very engaging at all I even threw him a slow ball saying this was my first visit and I'm new in town... nothing... just sat there. I asked him if he was Gramps he said NO... fine... ok so the menu was uninspiring to say the least so I decided to simply or the GRAMPS" and fries. The burger lacked seasoning or flavor and the bun was so smashed down I wish I could have posted a pic to show you. Onions were so thick cut too and I got the inside part of the onion so it was the size of a toonie maybe

Pretty great food, surprisingly cheap for a ma and pap store and almost directly on the way to the beaches

Burgers are tasty and staff is friendly. Some of the benches were broken and menu was outdated.

Every time we try and go to this restaurant they are closed. We went on a Friday at 4:30 pm and the sign was flashing open" and another sign said

Great burgers fresh and no hormones. Was a bit on the pricey side as a double cheese and bacon burger with cheesy fries and a bottle of coke ran me 17.60. And the grease from the burger made the bottom bun extremely soggy. But super delish.
