Long time customer who went to return equipment that was automatically charged on my last bill. Three agents busy with customers, three customers ahead of me...waited 25 minutes and no customer turnover. Absolutely ridiculous that I need to wait this long to get a credit for something Videotron automatically charged to my invoice. There should be an agent exclusively responsible for in-store purchases and returns. Exceeding customer expectations is the name of the game and this store fell flat.

2 days ago went sources. Lock out,my, phone. Went too sources spoken Charles, he said too me, since I don't know my password. I have to buy another phone. However it's not first time, he mentioned too me. I refused too buy another phone. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service experience, employee not interested in problem solving my old contract. Videotron offers to new customers better than what I'm getting now. Price increase effective March 1, 2018. Time to look elsewhere.

Very problematic employees, so rude and racist!My friend bought a phone last week from them with no problem , today i went there and they asked for 2 (?) piece of ID’s knowing that i have a profile with them , they also made phone call to my number and i had to show another proof again. If im young it doesnt mean im a scam or doing fraud! Knowing that i alreadyhave an account with them already and been paying monthly bills!! So how is this a fraud??????Videotron has to hire older men than young boys as their employees.

Can't pay a bill at the store.Employee says my videotron account is attached to my bank account"...i wonder if he understood what he just said.If you can't pay a bill

They really know how to value their clients. Their staff is so knowledgeable. It was a great experience from start to finish. I know I can always go back and I'll be given the same service even after I signed up to their services. I liked it so much I even applied to work there!

I went to renew my plan yesterday with Johny and Ayman, two great and professional guys.I highly recomend going to see either of them if you want honest answers and no gimmicks. Highly recommend this store.

The staff here is very knowledgeable. Answer most questions. Not pushy like bell. Helix doesn't compare to bells Fibe, tv internet and their router modem needs upgrading but for my neighbourhood that doesn't yet have optical cable, Videotron will fit the bill.

Staff are very friendly but very long wait due to lack of staff. Waited 30mins to exchange defective remote.
