They abandoned the client. (Me) Most of us hire immigration consultants to reduce the stress imposed on us. I got stress because they did not respond to multiple emails and calls. Didn't hear back till now on a simple but important pending task which was to be done 2 weeks ago. Unreliable.

Excellent and exceptional service !!! I got my Permanent Residency approved and all credit goes to WAIS team. Thanks for WAIS! They are trustable! They help me to process the visa. They comunicate me on time once the visa approved. They were pacient enough to understand my insistence to get the visa early. The only concern is that they inform me that the visa need 4 to 6 weeks to be issued, but actually it took NINE months to get it! May be I was special case! My advice is to issue ur visa one year before your traveling date.Thanks again WAIS! and have Success!

I arrived in Canada with a Visitor Visa and obtained a Study Permit inside Canada. I was supported all the way by the friendly and knowledgeable staff of WAIS. They answered all my questions and were attentive to my requests. I'd like to thank Neha for being exceptionally professional and caring.
