Customer service for help was backed up. Not enough workers to help . I needed help with the printers and the employee was chit chatting away to one person I can say for at least half hour. I waited for service but no one to help. I was in a hurry because I have important Docs that had to be mailed and I actually went to Winnipeg staples on Leila and was done 5 mins. Not enough customer service ..Bad experience.

Its rediculous that staples doesn't open till 10:00am. It's an office supply store. Most offices are open at 830 or 9:00am. Ive actually sat outside from 845 to 10am waiting for it to open... and I have seen several cars pull up, people get out and try and go in.. just to realize the store isn't open yet.Your losing business staples! Just saying.

My daughter had a photography project and needed some last minute revisions. Virgil was amazing and helped her fix the pictures. She got 100% and couldn't have done it without his help.

Very quiet at this store. Well merchandised. Confusing printer ink service but somewhat due to manufacturers labeling. The no return policy complicates incorrect sales recommendations. I have another useless $30 HP cartridge that won't fit my machine.

There is a very good selection of products in the store and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The computer staff are also knowledgeable and helpful. It is always easy to find what you are looking for. The store never seems busy with customers so I hope that they stay open for the long haul.

So glad that they now take returns for UPS, don’t have to drive to Winnipeg and try to park in a tiny overcrowd parking lot in front of UPS store. No more wasting gas and putting on mileage on my car . Thank you this is wonderful!

Had a hell of a time printing product return labels for Amazon returns to the states. Crystal helped me out and basically did the whole backwards printing process. She took my phone and emailed all the proper labels to there print shop. Im very happy that the store has such knowledgeable people working it and know so much about international shipping. Great service as always from this staples.
