I had an Omega architectural fence installed around my pool last year. Did not survive one winter. Most pannels have bent with the snow. Contacted Omega for warranty. They replied that too much snow accumulation us not covered. Well, this is a company from Quebec, that makes exterieur fences and that do not honor warranty because of too much snow. I am contacting my lawyer. Terrible experience. Expensive and low quality.

Very nice facility.

I bought the 19ft scaffolding with outriggers and safety rails. Easy to assemble and allowed me to reach areas for painting and ceiling fan replacement, ect. It was actually cheaper to buy than a 21ft A frame little giant. It is wobbly with 2 sections or more. I did stabilize with ratchets on each level. I was able to assemble the entire structure by myself. It loses 2 stars for packaging and stability. The outrigger package was all tore up on delivery and I am surprised parts were not missing. Caps were missing on the bolt ends covers. Out of the 8 that were suppose to be on the bolts in the packaging, 2 were there. 2 knobs for those bolts were bent, probably during shipping but still worked. As far as stability, it's just a little more wobbly than I'm familiar with, with other scaffolding. More me and partially it's narrower design. With that said, you are able to fit it in smaller spaces because of that, IF you're not using the outriggers and only using minimal sections. All in all I'm glad I have it as it's safer than a giant tower A frame ladder and it's perfect for high ceilings.

Mon échelle metaltech à fait défaut après moin de 1 an. J'appel le service à la clientèle pour me faire dire de mettre du Jigaloo" dessus. J'ai par la suite envoyer une photo par couriel pour me faire dire qu'elle étais croche
