I would never deal with this bank! They don't return messages or emails, their phone system is frustrating and not helpful. This bank sucks on many levels! Take your money somewhere else.

Phoned to make an appointment and wasn't greeted by a mechanical voice or G'day mate".Their voicemail service was very pleasant and after only a few prompts was talking to a human.Walked into the branch and got an appointment with a financial advisor in an hour.Talked to Amy and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Setup everything for me and gave me an hour of her time

Made a bank account online. Was advised my bank card and welcome package would be sent within a week. A month went by and still no card. Called and was again advised my card was on the way and would arrive within a week. To no surprise, STILL no card. So I gave up and left it. And then they proceeded to email mesaying I owe almost $100 in banking fees. For a bank account I can’t use. Can’t even register for online banking, or use any of the banking features. Yet I’m still expected to pay for them. Extremely disappointed and hope effort will be made to resolve this on their end.

Trying to get ahold of this branch via phonecall is next to impossible, I have tried contacting two branch managers, as well as leaving three voicemails. When they do call back they hang-up as soon as it rings, I'm not joking it has happened twice now. Literally playing phone tag with them, super unprofessional.
