Good place to get your auto parts and friendly staff

Went in looking for head and tail light prices/ options. Advised them I had to replace, as mine were full of condensation.Staff advised me their computer systems were down.One guy took my info, advised me if their systems came back online before the end of the day he would contact me. If not definitely tomorrow.Nearly 2months later, never received a call.Staff can't be bothered to follow up with their customers.And I can't be bothered to deal with businesses that completely fail to follow through with their promises.They say they will call you with information/options/prices. They lied!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BARRY'S BAY LOCATION!!!This is the first problem I have ever experienced with Napa Staff, anywhere!Even if I had gotten a follow up call 3 - 4... A week later. If nothing else then to see if I had found something, or was still looking. I would have accepted that. Busy company, forgot. But I got nothing!!Iv purchased my lights elsewhere!!
