Worst location for a bank ever. The parking gate closes before the bank is close, no parking at all after hour, and the only ATM always not available for cash. Never have experience for banking this bad. I am thinking of swapping already.

This branch has to be the slowest and most inefficient bank I’ve ever been to. They take forever to serve their customers. And they always seem to be short staffed.

Long waiting time. Most of the time there are only two counters serving customers making the waiting time so long. With my experience of almost all Canadian banks, Scotiabank is not the worst. The winners are definitely HSBC and BMO.

Love the Disney music at this branch. Staff are friendly but most cashiers are undergoing training and making mistakes, so make sure you double check before leaving.

It is just my opinion , their some staffs can not communicate with foreigners .I got issues on mobile application . I explained exactly about that but they could not solve it . You know whateveryone got valuable time their life , when customer come to solve their problem in one of the branches in persone , they must to solve it !!!!In my case i have spent 2 days for that , still got problem .

Super Slow at the counters. 2 counters for 10 people waiting in line... Do not come here if you don't have an appointment with an advisor.

Only 2 tellers with a lot of customers waiting. I changed banks bec of high fees but only come here for my parents. Other than that everything is just so slow….

I was first in the branch this morning and was helped by Raj. She was very helpful and thoughtful. She informed me that I was using the completely wrong type of account for my usage. She gentle chastised me about it and remanded the original branch I opened the account at for not educating me correctly. I highly recommend doing your banking with her, she's great. Ask for Raj.

I would love to give 5 stars to the bank for having employees like Victoria Chiu. She helped me today in getting the documents for immigration purposes without taking a lot of time and with all the information I needed. It took 1 hour to get the same thing done at other banks. She is very smart and knowledgeable. 5 stars to Victoria. Thank you so much

An excellent new design for Scotiabank. This is a full service branch, with commercial, mortgage, investing and regular banking. They also have safe deposit boxes. They have both internal and external atms for twenty four hour service. Parking is light right now but will be larger after construction. They are literally right beside the Canada line and bus routes.Friendly service and usually quick as they staff for high traffic.
