Contacted Saturday and was here by 10am Monday morning. Issue was resolved within 20 min. Carlos took apart the dryer in probably 3 min and diagnosed the problem instantly. Quick and speedy with no hassle or issues. Even asked for the vacuum to clean up the lint. I recommend to anyone having appliance issues!

Carlos came by and inspected my concerns on my washing machine. He was honest and could have replaced my drain pump and I never would have known there hadn't been issue. There were no errors on the computer either. I was most grateful. Honest businessman.

The service worker was very prompt however, immediately following his departure, the dryer began making extremely loud noise, which it never done before, and the temperature gage immediately stopped working. I never had these problems until the service worker came out. When I asked him to fix it, he stayed it. That would be an additional charge and proceeded to discuss fixing my washing machineI will never use his service again

Easy to book an appointment, he confirmed and gave me a heads up when he was coming and asked for more information. He was able to fix my (actually simple) problems—one of which, I’d have never found. He was even prepared to tell me what he could and could not fix today. Very professional, I would highly recommend this service.

I truly hit the jackpot when I called for a service call on my washing machine. He arrived on schedule (actually 10 minutes early), was very professional and very knowledgeable about the machine. He got the machine to spin (which was the problem) but advised me against replacing the transmission because there were other things that he thought would break soon. He only charged me a service fee of $99 because it isn't worth fixing. I am extremely happy with the outcome and glad he was so honest! Definitely will keep his card handy for my next appliance break down. Thank you!!

Strongly recommend! I called this morning, he was over within the hour. he diagnosed and treated my oven right away. He already had the part available which was super convenient. Very nice guy and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain and show me what was going on and how he’s going to fix it, etc. 60 day warranty too. Overall, very happy with my experience and will book him again for all appliances.

Carlos was fantastic. Punctual, Professional, Personable. Knew how to fix our stove within seconds of looking at it. He also explained what was going on as he did it so I could learn. I was very impressed. I will be using him for all of our appliance needs in the future.
