The staff is so kind, I get my eyebrows done here and I highly recommend, however yesterday I got a lash lift for the first time here and the lady didn’t wash or removed the glue, my lashes have crusted glue all over them, I am so upset I spent 70$ for something I cannot wear in piblic, my lashes are falling out, I want to go back for a refund but the staff is so sweet I feel horrible. I will never go back to get lashes, but brow yes, yes yes!

I recently visited Kurves Beauty Bar for a brow lamination treatment. While the staff was friendly, I was disappointed with the outcome. My eyebrows ended up overly curly, stiff, and rough to the touch, causing discomfort. I cannot wholeheartedly recommend Kurves Beauty Bar for brow lamination based on my experience.

I highly recommend this place. I went there with my daughter who was getting her legs waxed for the first time. We received an excellent service from Pam who was very gentle and patient. Thank you for a job well done. 5-star experience!

Been going there since over a year. Nice and clean place. Always get my brows done by Pam she is the best!!! She’s very nice and caring about her clients and always a good welcoming.I really recommend Pam at kurves brow bar in the promenade mall in Gatineau

Horrible horrible horrible experience. I had to stop the girl from doing my eyebrows to let her know I wanted them only cleaned up. She did not ask what I wanted done and just started to wax without even consulting me. She clearly didn’t listen to me even when I did explain exactly what I wanted and proceeded with waxing off way too much of my eyebrow. I will never go here again. I wish I could give 0/5.

This company really needs to fix the website. If you click on a location to book you expect you are booking at that place. But no you then have to go and look again for the location you want. If you book at the wrong place and show up they will not honor your appointment and tell you to wait at the back of the line. I have tried for 2 days with no luck first day I was told its better to make an appointment so I did the next day to find out it's the wrong location. I will never return to this place

Nice and professional place ! I like Pam more because she is patient and gentle : ) Sometimes you have to wait a little longer in the line if you don't book an appointment but they are worth the wait.
