Apparently customers who don’t buy anything aren’t worthy enough to use their washroom even though it doesn’t say “only for paying customers” anywhere in or outside of the store. Absolute joke

Worst gas station service. Its 7:45pm at night my eight year old needs to pee. She is literally holding herself as we walk in. I asked where the bathroom was as its a gas station and I use this gas station frequently but never to use the bathroom. Were passing by as we just drove from a conservation area nearby and the cashier says its for paying customers only. I misheard her and told me daughter there is another customer in the bathroom you need to wait, shes in obvious distress. The lady says...No I don't think you understand you need to buy something and then she can use the bathroom. Are yiu actually kidding me, I will make every effort at my fullest to never use this gas station again. Looking right at a kid denying them a bathroom is pathetic service!

I drove all the way from Ottawa just to come here and it was 100% worth the trip. Highly recommend.

Heard a lot of good things about this spectacular establishment and was extremely recommended to try it out. I don't live here but I still ended up making the hours on end journey straight out of Toronto and can say that it was everything I hoped for and more. I even ended up recommending it to my friends who don't even live in Ontario to try out this place firsthand and be blessed with all the great memories for decades to come. In all of my years wandering this planet I have never seen such a commitment to excellence. I wasn't able to catch the names of the staff but if I did I would personally extend my deepest gratitude to them and bow down for their exceptional service.
