Kelowna Hyundai

I always leave this place feeling disappointed. Yesterday I had an oil change booked for 8am and somehow didn’t get my car until 11:20. I was told it would be done by 10 then I called at 10:30 and 10:45 asking when it would be done but the service department wasn’t able to talk to me. Finally I went at 11:00 and told them I need my car now and that I would be showing up as I had appointments at 11:30 and 12:30. Instead of having my car ready when I arrived they proceeded to lose my keys. Which in turn made me late for every other appointment of the day. No one apologized or seemed to feel bad for the cascade of events. This is my second Hyundai and my next car will be something different.

I'm a Sri Lankan who moved to Vernon recently and I was in need of a vehicle that would suit my everyday needs and from all dealerships around the Okanagan which I have visited the best customer service/caring and did make my requirement a reality was by Kelowna Hyundai. I also like to Thank Tim the finance manager who dedicated his valuable time for my job in order get all the finance aspects of it sorted out as requested. Had a very opinion changing experience with the team here, Sean specifically. He set the bar high for any future car salespersons. Always asked for how we felt about budget, offer, pricing. Was very comfortable talking options and finding the vehicle to suit our wants, needs and importantly budget. Offered a very competitive trade in value that made us happy. Just purchased a 2023 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid 2 weeks ago and we are absolutely loving this car! Sean Tackaberry was wonderful to deal with and he was respectful of our budget. We never felt pressured when purchasing additional coverage and any we weren't interested in were dropped immediately. Wonderful car buying experience from the initial test drives to getting the additional protection coatings done prior to us picking up our new vehicle. This car has roomy back seats, ample cargo space, and is an absolute joy to drive.

Excellent service at Kelowna Hyundai. Huge shout out to their service department customer service and going above and beyond.I drove into kelowna Hyundai service without an appointment for an urgent issue that had incapacitated my vehicle.Holly and Laura in the service department were truly remarkable and accommodating to my issue.They recognized it was a “easy” solution to get my car operational again but it did require having a technician make the necessary quick adjustment.The shop foreman Chris made the required fix to my vehicle promptly and I was back on the road again.Chris took the time to come and chat with me and his customer service was remarkable as well.I am beyond impressed with Holly, Laura and Chris for their concern and ability to take my issue seriously and fix it promptly instead of blowing me off or having me leave the vehicle for another day.Outstanding customer service ! I just bought a new Elantra 2023. It was a amazing experience to buy a new car. My Sales associate was Jacob Proulx. Brother did a great job to make things simple and easy for me. With huge waiting times, they just got me the car in couple of months. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

The staff were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was there for recalls which were taken care of and then they did a full inspection of my vehicle They gave me a written report with things that should be taken care of and in priority. Very appreciative of their attention to detail. Will definitely be going back and recommend this Dealership in Kelowna BC.

The utmost thanks to Spencer Howard for continually showing up and going above and beyond for myself and my partner. I am astonished with the amount of knowledge Spencer has and has shared with us; he knew exactly how to steer us in the right direction. He is extremely compassionate and ALWAYS considers our wants and needs and helps with every step along the way. Sometimes buying a car is a nerve wracking, but with Spencer, he makes it such a fluid process and makes you comfortable every step of the way. Spencer made sure we were taken care of and spent as much time with us as needed which I believe more salespeople should do because it makes a customer feel valued and not just like another number. Michael Wu was outstanding at Kelowna Genesis! He made the car buying experience enjoyable, and you can't always say that every time. Our GV70 is an excellent vehicle, but Michael Wu and the staff at Kelowna Genesis, makes it feel just a little bit better. Thanks again Michael for a job well done.
