I don’t like how they’re deposits for vehicles are pricey, they expect more money for other requirements to rent their vehicles, I haven’t rented a vehicle with them because of their prices so I cannot speak on the vehicles itself but their customer service lacks professionalism and knowledge on their basic questions, you ask them a question and they keep transferring you back and forth to another department to answer the question.Don’t recommend to anyone

Came to this location to rent a car and the service seamless, quick and professional, friendly. My rental was clean and worked just fine. No issues returning it. Many thanks to the special staff members: Albert, Fabian, Aron, you guys are so hardworking and amazing, huge stars for you. I will definitely be back in future and highly recommend this location to anyone.

I rented a Tesla from London. ON location. Tesla was amazing to ride, one of the staff recommended me this car at affordable cost. The staff service was amazing. Excellent staff and service at this location. My vehicle that I had booked was ready to go with full gas, washed, and with all the fluids topped up. Prices are better than then their competitor Enterprise, by up to $100 on an SUV, if you pay in advance. The competitor does not even have that option.Hertz Corporate should explore better signage to direct incoming clients.

Used this location for last car rental and the service was flawless. Staff (Priyanka and Yash) went above and beyond to help and accommodate things. Thank you guys.Only thing they that has room for improvement is car cleanliness from inside. Car was not clean up the Hertz standard. And the feedback was given to them.

Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Make sure that the process is as quick and easy as possible to get you on your way. Aron was fantastic. He was extremely professional and ensures we got the highest level of service. The convenience of the location, vast selection of vehicles, and highest level of customer service is why I would recommend Hertz Car Rental at Brampton. Make sure to ask for Aron!
