Excellent service from this Cochrane business! Had Jeff come in and service my fireplace. He was very friendly and willing to talk about maintenance and other valuable information. He did a thorough cleaning and got it working again in no time. Looks brand new!Mike came in today and cleaned the furnace. They got him in same day after my wife called in this morning. My wife was pleased with the friendly service and how good Mike was with my son.The fee was pretty standard, but the service makes them a good choice. Both men showed up on time and with a positive attitude!I'm very pleased with Diamond Willow and I will recommend them to friends.

We moved to Cochrane almost 3 years ago. We were looking for a local company who we could use to handle our annual maintenance (tankless water tank – descaling, furnace, air conditioning cleaning etc.). After some research, we decided on Diamond Willow and were glad we did. Their prices are fair and their staff knowledgeable and friendly. Last year we decided to upgrade to natural gas for our outside fire-pit. We got 3 quotes for the job and once again decided on Diamond Willow for all the same reasons we chose them to handle our annual maintenance. I had so many questions about the job and called several times and they patiently answered all my questions, until I felt comfortable about the job we were getting done and the final job exceeded our expectation.

Great company. They installed our natural gas and central air in the summer of 2022. The owner Mike and Technician Brookes were excellent. They took time to answer all of my questions and went through the system after the install. Being a single female owner, I felt that they went out of their way to make things understandable and to help me know how to get the most of my system. I would highly recommend this company!

The entire experience was fantastic and Kathy in the office is a pleasure to deal with. We are long time Cochrane residents. Our gas fireplace was over 31 years old and had been cutting in and out (scary when dealing with gas!). Diamond Willow came and inspected it and advised that we needed a new unit, which we had already anticipated. After receiving a quote we checked around and the price was very competitive. We have always tried to support local business and this was a very easy decision. Within two weeks of booking we have a beautiful new and updated fireplace. Great service. Ordered 2 outdoor fireplaces for a family member and myself. Price was cheaper than any of the big box retailers and much better quality. They did a custom install job for one fireplace with some very specific requests from the client. Exceeded expectations. I put my fireplace together and managed to break one of the fragile parts. They warrantied the part through the manufacturer and I had a replacement in 2 weeks. Excellent service.

We bought our gas insert from Diamond Willow and had them do the installation. A quality product and a quality installation. Their service is terrific, and they are very knowledgeable. We use the fireplace almost every day in the cold weather. Very nice product, we really enjoy it.
