The Top limo service I hired for our trip to Mississauga was fantastic. The driver was professional, pleasant, and attentive. We had a wonderful and entertaining time. We appreciate you making our first night in Toronto so special. To put it simply, go for it.

We felt it was important to submit this review in regards to the driver at Top Limo's recent wedding vehicle service. From the moment I made contact with them, everything was fantastic. We had faith in this business from the beginning thanks to the simple and effective booking process. The limousine was immaculately prepared on the day of our wedding, and the service and expertise were excellent. They are an amazing team that I would recommend to any other engaged couple. I appreciate you.

We rented a stretch limo from Top Limo to drive our family of 8 to celebrate my son's birthday and college graduation out if town on a distillery and brewery tour followed by dinner. The booking reservation went really well and the customer service was very helpful. But everything went down hill on the day of event at pick up when the customer service rep called 10 min before the scheduled pick up time to say the driver will be 15 min late due to highway blockage and traffic. We replied we understand, but when 15 min more had gone by with no driver and no update, I had to call again to check on progress of driver and was told they would call dispatch to find out. When the driver is now officially 20 min past pick up time and 30 min after we have been told driver was going to be 15 min late , I called again to find out where he is and was again told they would call and check with the driver who eventually showed up now almost 40 min late which put us now 30 min late for our first distillery reservation who fortunately was kind enough to accommodate us and accept us into the 1.5 hour tour already 30 min in progress. This delay made us rush all of our reservations all afternoon long. The driver then called at 7:20 pm when we were still having dinner (7:30 was the original reserved scheduled return home time as this drive is 1.5 hour long home) that he needed to drive us home as he had another pickup at 9pm which was our original end time without the delay and he needed to go. This full experience really put a bad taste in our mouth on a supposedly very joyful occasion. Although overall we still had a great time and the driver was still courteous enough. But the initial delay magnified several other minor mishaps such as AC not working well at all on a very hot summer day and pieces of leftover party flavor from whatever the previous service has been that we would have overlooked. Our occasion was ultimately well enjoyed, but the Top Limo service certainly fell well below expectation and all the great reviews we have read. Sorry for this lengthy rant.

Top Limo is a service I have used more than once. They never show up late. The drivers are really kind and helpful. Cars are always clean and in good shape. Definitely what I turn to when I need a pick-me-up. Top Limo, keep up the good work!

We would use the service again and enthusiastically recommend it to others. Our driver was on time and very competent. We loaded and unpacked the baggage. Thank you for easing our minds on our vacation. Great limo services.

I scheduled transportation for a family of three from Uxbridge to Pearson Airport. The driver was prompt, kind, and very helpful. Making a reservation was a breeze as well. Top Limo has earned my undying loyalty.

I scheduled a vehicle for a half-day excursion of Mississauga for a family of four. So much has happened in such a small amount of time. Our driver was quite competent and accommodating. Requesting a child safety seat was simple as well. I can't speak highly enough of Top Limo.

Not reliable. Booked for a round trip, paid a deposit, but the limo didn't arrive to take us back home at the scheduled time. When called, was told to wait 30 Mins. When it's already 2AM and you are on the clock with a babysitter, that's not an option. Not an honest service and not a company I will ever use again. NOT RECOMMENDED. It's better to take a fancy Uber. At least you know you will get home on time.

Picked up in Toronto's Pearson International Airport. The driver was there for us when we arrived, and he was quite cordial. Bottled water and hand sanitizer were provided to us. It was a spotless car. Making a reservation online was simple and quick. Almost immediately, I received a confirmation email with my driver's information. I really suggest Top Limo!
