My partner and I spent the day shopping for our first pool. At 5 months pregnant I was ready to give up with the lack of support and high prices that exceeded our budget from the standard big box stores. However I am so thankful that we stumbled into Maitre Piscinier. We mainly dealt with Linda however both owners Linda and Gilbert were extremely kind and helpful. We have never owned a pool and we were nervous about the whole process but they walked us through A-Z and made us feel comfortable. To add, they offered the best price compared to the other stores we visited. They are extremely knowledgeable and prepared to answer any questions or help to resolve any problem you may have. I would highly recommend visiting this store, and at the same time, supporting a local business! For the first time I truly felt valued as a customer in a pool sotre.Wonderful store with very good and super helpful and well trained staff. They ensured that we were taken care of. Took their time and gave excellent advices. Very happy with them and highly recommended.

Aside from the initial purchase, terrible experience. We had a disaster of a yard after the sub trade came to install our pool. They were very unprofessional, smoked and urinated in our yard. Did a poor job of compacting the sand so after our first winter we had valleys so big my foot fit into them. We were reassured by the owners and installers that where we wanted the pool was not an issue, being familiar with our area and situation. After a year of terrible communication on both the install company and them, no return phone calls, emails, it is clear they only focus is on sales. Zero after sale customer service and now, I have to pay another company out of my pockets to fix a mistake we were told would be taken care of. Terrible, horrible experience. We regret 100% our choice to purchase from you and have been nothing but dissatisfied for over a year.

Unfortunately my experience was terrible throughout. Linda was lovely in selling me the pool. The installation was delayed 3 times by over 2 weeks with no phone call. The pool and equipment was not installed as per agreed upon. Again with no communication. The mess that was left by the installers, including their own personal garbage was utterly disgusting. The communication and after care service was non existent.So disappointed as this was a very big and meaningful purchase for me.

Best service I have ever had. I was so impressed with their dedication to providing the best customer service. I will never go to another pool center and I challenge you to find a company who cares more about providing personalized service and customer satisfaction.
