My husband recently purchased a piece of equipment that was manufactured by LangFab quite some time ago. There were some aspects of the piece of equipment that were unique enough he felt it warranted a phone all to LangFab in hopes of getting some additional information and clarification. After explaining to a few people what he was looking for, he was put all the way to the owner of the company. Bearing in mind every minute of time spent speaking with him was in no way benefiting anyone at LangFab beyond just trying to help. The owner spoke with him on two separate occasions for a considerable length of time which led him to purchase the piece of equipment. As for the actual piece of equipment, my husband says it is amazing. It is extremely well-made and is time-tested and shows no sign of giving up anytime soon. While we cannot speak to their current products, we are assuming that time has only given them greater experience and technology has made their manufacturing process , the products they must undoubtedly be making today is without equal.
